No unnecessary paperwork.NeigiamiThere was nothing we didn't like.Our stay at Aller Strand in May 2025The site is wonderfully peaceful, with the atmosphere right on the banks of the Aller. Further back there is the possibility to use a barbecue area where there are also benches. It was also no problem to use your own barbecue with charcoal on the pitch.
Sanitary facilities clean and well maintained.... were cleaned daily. Price for showers at € 0.5 to € 1.0 depending on duration. Shower cubicles spacious.

We felt at home here right from the start. It wasn't a problem for us.
We had a great rest and found beautiful cycle paths there.

The sanitary building is dated, but clean and well maintained. A washing machine is available. The groundsmen are friendly. We felt at home here right from the start. The towns of Wienhausen and Celle are easy to reach by bike in good weather.NeigiamiThere is currently no kiosk at the campsite, but you can stock up on goods at many grocery stores on the way there. A pizza service also delivers to the campsite. :-)October campingThe campsite is open from 31.03. to 02.11. every year. Personally, I had the impression that Mrs. L. was notoriously looking for things to complain about from morning to night. After a sociable get-together, empty bottles can sometimes be... left behind, and on the subject of anglers, there was no fishing during the day but only in the early evening hours. The site is in an idyllic location and the grass is mostly intact. The location directly on the river is also very beautiful. Unfortunately, the idyll was somewhat spoiled... by the numerous fishing rods (about 15!) of the manager couple. These fishing rods were lined up day and night on the riverbank and meticulous care was taken to ensure that nobody got too close to them. The accompanying shelter was not a pretty sight either. Consisting of old boards, cigarette butts and empty bottles, it looked more like accommodation in a slum and was completely out of place on this idyllic site. When asked about this, the caretaker couple annoyedly pointed out that we could look away. We didn't feel welcome and won't be coming back.Automatiškai išversta.

The site is largely left in its natural state, but the pitches are relatively flat and have plenty of intact grass.
The sanitary facilities have been renovated (spruced up), but the building itself shows its... age.
However, we overheard a conversation in which the improvements for the next season were discussed.
The cleanliness was okay, unfortunately the heating had to be cut back a lot due to the energy prices in the fall, but the water was hot enough.

A wonderful location in the middle of nature, the Aller directly at the campsite with bathing facilities and boat hire, and the groundsman and his wife, who were always available to answer any questions: an original with his heart in the right place....
If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you.
