When we came back from our tour, the groundskeeper had parked a caravan 1.5 meters away from our tent. Our request to change this was flatly and very rudely refused. As a remedy, it was suggested that we could... dismantle it and move next to it in the forest. It was bumpy and damp there and the space was too small and sloping for our tent. We therefore refused. We found this behavior impossible and very distant, and were happy to leave the next day anyway. When you arrived, you decided not to sit on the Hike & Bike meadow. Unfortunately, a guest with a walking disability then drove next to you (we choose our own seats and you knew that) so that he was close to the... IV toilet. It was amazing to us that you showed so little understanding for the caravan party with a disabled person. However, we offered you a place, which you refused out of "stubbornness - because you thought you were right".
Your arrogance towards the other guests and our staff is not ok! You are a guest that we would rather not host because you are poisoning the good atmosphere. The staff are friendly and you get the feeling that they make everything possible. Everything is available for leisure, cuisine and hygiene. Free showers, coin-operated washing machine. Very friendly campsite management and seasonal campers. Beautiful infrastructure. Everything you need is there. Wonderful surroundings. Flood at home, a few raindrops here, otherwise warm and dry. Clean, modern infrastructure, friendly and friendly groundsman, great starting point for hikes (e.g. to the Bündner Herrschaft etc.) and cycling tours. Pitches not marked out, so no strict "parking" of the camper or caravan. Nice spacious and clean sanitary building. Good dishwashing facilities. Two electric hotplates for campers. Lounge with toys (free to use) and drinks/coffee (subject to charge), TV,... etc. Outdoor playground for children with various equipment and play facilities with water. Table football table. Seasonal pitches are scattered throughout the forest and not really visible. Tourist pitches on meadow with large shady trees. Sanitary facilities always very clean, a little far away depending on the choice of pitch. Very nice and uncomplicated... groundsman. Road is audible but is drowned out by the sound of the stream. Playground and cool water playground for children by the main building.
