Great views and a great... starting point for visiting many sights. The Liechtensteinklamm gorge is well worth a visit.

Added to this is the idiosyncratic rule that payment can only be made the next day - a procedure that does not come close to modern campsite standards. This forces guests who only want to pay by card to make an unnecessary cash withdrawal. We would like to take a closer look at a few points and give you an honest assessment:
The conversion of all processes to state-of-the-art digital technology is a long-term goal that we are pursuing. However, this involves considerable financial and organizational... effort. Smaller, family-run businesses like ours in particular have to carefully weigh up the financial aspects. It's not just about the acquisition costs of modern systems, but also about their maintenance, regular updates, staff training and ensuring stable operations.
We would also like to emphasize this: We do not see it as a fundamental flaw if a business is not at the cutting edge of technology. Not every guest wants maximum digitalization - many appreciate the personal service, direct contact and deliberately decelerated atmosphere that we cultivate. Nevertheless, we are constantly working to further develop our service in a meaningful way.
We would like to clarify the issue of card payments: Payment by card was also possible for less than €50 - and was carried out as such in the case mentioned.
As far as the price differences between the vending machine and the restaurant are concerned, we would like to point out that these are two fundamentally different services: While the vending machine is purely a self-service solution without staff, guests in the restaurant not only receive a product, but also service and assistance
We are sorry if the atmosphere on the campsite did not meet your expectations. Our permanent campers are part of the site community, but we also welcome travelers and new guests at any time. We are all the more pleased that you have positively emphasized the well-kept condition of our sanitary facilities - their cleanliness is a central concern for us.
