Goede Hope always happy to return
This long weekend we are staying at the Goede Hope campsite. Last year
Last year, a large operator took over the site and refurbished it so that the negative reviews no longer apply. The site is located directly behind the dyke and the sea is just a three-minute walk away. Three dogs are allowed on the... site in Holland. If you want to visit larger beaches, a car would be useful.
There is a bird sanctuary behind the dyke. The view is breathtaking. Understandably, dogs must be kept on a lead there. The small beach is about 1.5 km away on foot, where this is not seen so strictly. If you like, I'd be happy to make a video. About the prices. We paid 165 euros for 4 nights including everything (three dogs). Here are a few more photos.
The site is equipped for the disabled and all areas are very well maintained. There are also chalets.

Very nice location, very quiet and a great view. Great for day trips to Bruges, Ghent or the beach.
Negatívumok
The playground is too small for families with children who stay at the campsite all day.
Very nice and friendly campsite
The campsite is in a very quiet location. You can quickly get to Breskens by bike for shopping or a leisurely drink. The campsite operator is very friendly and accommodating. Very familiar.....
We will certainly come here again.

A wonderful spot in the countryside
The site is really very empfehlen👍🏼 and is ideal for adults looking for peace and quiet.
There is a swing for small children. There is also a table tennis table.
Otherwise, the focus is on peace and nature 🌳.
Many cycling opportunities (to the open sea to Breskens approx. 20 minutes) 🚲, to Groede... approx. 30 minutes 🚲.
Bread roll service 🥐, small snacks 🍕, ice cream 🍦, eggs 🥚( delivered to the pitch and ordered beforehand via WhatsApp)
6 private sanitary facilities🚿🚽 can be booked in addition (with shower gel and body lotion, toilet paper and small towel)
The site also has a clean sanitary building with toilet disposal facilities.
Well-kept grounds with a panoramic view behind the Westerschelde🌿 dyke.
There are several washing-up stations with washing-up liquid in the sanitary buildings🧽.
All pitches have electricity🔌 and water🚰.
Another big advantage is the uncomplicated online booking 💻.
The nearest shopping facilities are in Breskens, about 15 minutes by bike 🛒 (Plus)
Really a great spot in the countryside 🙏🏼!!!
