Very friendly and helpful reception. At the beginning of May, the only food supply was from a baker who came to the site at around 8:30.
Very simple but clean and functional sanitary facilities, hot showers at no extra charge. The showers are not closed, which is not a problem at reasonable outside temperatures,... but in winter it gets cold when showering. For men, there is a room in the front sanitary block with a washbasin and 2 small shower cubicles separated only by curtains... takes some getting used to.

a real oasis
We (a couple) stayed here for three nights - and were very pleasantly surprised: the site is on a road, but very quiet. The owners are very welcoming. The pitches are separated from each other by trees and hedges. Each pitch has its own water and electricity connection. The sanitary facilities are simple,... but clean. The showers have no roof, but are shaded by a lemon tree. - Hot water at no extra charge. Bread rolls can be ordered. A greengrocer regularly drives across the pitch in the morning. On request, you can be driven to Noto and picked up again for a small fee. The transfer to the Vendicari National Park is free of charge. - The same goes for the supermarket and the beach. - We read about the latter, but did not make use of it.
