Lots of space and beautifully located. Quiet ( but the weather was bad, so that may have played a role ). Sanitary facilities clean and in order. Shower included. Extensive kitchen with hot plates, kettle, microwave and lots of utensils.

Shower included, but no rod to attach the shower head ( a little awkward)

Near the kitchen also a sitting area.
Price slightly on the high... side, but acceptable considering the facilities. NOK 300 per night for 1 person with tent and car ( with car only in the parking NOK 250 ).
WIFI only in the sitting area reception, but works fine and fast there.

Quaint place
We used the campsite as a base camp for the Preikestolen excursion. Thanks to the uncomplicated and friendly handling, the stay was very nice.

Quiet location on a museum-like site with historic buildings.
Negatívumok
Approx. 1.5 kilometers from the fjord.
Naturally beautiful and historic
Spacious meadow pitch. Quiet location with a very personal atmosphere.
The site is run by a German couple.
A good base for hikes around the Lysefjord with the Preikestolen. The site operator Bernd is happy to advise you on excursions and activities.
