Restaurant right on the pitch.Negatívumokgives nothing.Campsite with good locationGood location for cycling in the peat, visiting the artists' village and also a cycle tour to Bremen are easily possible. There is also a good restaurant with delicious tarte flambée. We would go there again and again. Mario S.október 2020PozitívumokPitch directly at the "harbor", small and clearly arranged site, restaurant directly at the site, short distances to the sanitary building, pure nature.NegatívumokThere were none for us, and if there were any, then only when the campsite was very full, so that the sanitary facilities could become a little cramped.Small but nice.I can't write much about the campsite itself, we chose a pitch right by the "harbor". It's a quiet spot right on the waterfront, a short walk to the restaurant (excellent tarte flambée) and the toilet block. Everything was very clean and well-kept, but I recommend booking in advance as the pitches there... are very popular. Extensive cycling tours are possible to the Teufelsmoor and to the artists' town of Worpswede. In addition to the restaurant located directly on the site, there is also a restaurant a few metzers away and you can cycle to Melchers Hütte in Teufelsmoor and enjoy beautiful days there far away from traffic noise. Access is easy, even for larger vehicles/caravans.
You can choose a pitch and we opted for a pitch with a view of the harbor, although these pitches are more of a classic motorhome pitch size and are therefore smaller... than the pitches on the adjacent campsite.
There are two sanitary blocks, which could only be used by one person at a time due to the coronavirus, so they were not sufficient. This would be different under normal conditions. They were always clean.
There are very few places to draw water, I discovered two on the whole site, as well as options for disposing of service water.
The cassette toilet must be emptied in the disposal area of the mobile homes.
The prices are absolutely fine and can be classified as cheap.
We felt very comfortable on the site, as the location in the countryside far away from any traffic noise and the proximity to Worpswede were exactly what we expected. You have a beautiful view of the small harbor. The sanitary facilities are super clean. The operators are very nice and helpful. They offer a bread roll service, even on Sundays. Poor cell phone network/internetA real gem, where you can still slow down!Simply laid out site at Hammehafen - near the bistro - for motorhomes and caravans with approx. 20 pitches - small. There is also a small meadow for tents. A sanitary building is under construction - currently the sanitary building of the campsite next door must/may be used (with key). Unfortunately,... this is not very clean. Showers with vending machines. Toilets are available at the bistro. The bistro offers a menu with small dishes and various drinks. We liked it. There is open air live music from time to time. Shopping facilities / bread rolls are only available in the village. Peat boat trips / canoe tours can be undertaken directly "from the caravan door" or you can swim at the nearby Hammestrand beach. Dogs are also allowed to swim anywhere in the Hamme - except on the sandy beach! For 2 people / caravan and electricity incl. dog (free of charge) we paid 22 euros for one night. It was well worth it! We had a great weekend!Automatikusan lefordítva.
