Andreas S.május 2018Not outstanding, but OKThis exposed site for an estimated 120 motorhomes/caravans is located about 20 meters above the sea. Friendly welcome and free choice of pitch. At the end of May, 80% of the pitch was occupied by caravans that were not being used? Never mind, the most beautiful pitches with sea views were reserved for... day visitors. The pitches are generally asphalted with adjoining lawns and their own electricity connection. Unfortunately there are no trees or hedges. Very quiet overall. At the end of May, we paid €26 for a motorhome with 2 people and electricity. (Our dogs were free) WLAN is available free of charge at reception. Showers cost €1 per shower token for 6-7 minutes. Therefore only conditionally suitable for tent campers. Restaurants in the immediate vicinity (Harry's Bar, Austies). Convenient for visiting the Slieve League cliffs and the north of the Republic of Ireland.... Each pitch is asphalted and level. Water and electricity on site. Wifi only in reception and slow. Well-kept grounds, everything absolutely clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Approx. 8 km to Sligo, good cycle path.
