"Very nice place - We were very excited to see what awaited us. We were not disappointed. Just the right place to relax. The team is helpful and deeply relaxed. The campsite is not as organized and parceled out as we were used to. But that's exactly what we really liked. Only the buildings could do with a bucket of paint and the showers would have been nice to have sturdy shelves. The existing wobbly cheap plastic shelves are about to collapse if you put a bag on them.

"Vacation - We stayed here as a family and were very satisfied, the staff were very friendly, the campsite is very well maintained. The sanitary facilities are very clean. The announced Christmas party was mega, the atmosphere was great, as well as the music and the food. We are very satisfied and would come back again and again.

"Unfortunately disappointed - After we wanted to move into our pitch E 07 booked in March, we were very disappointed that it was not in the first row as shown on the online website. We expressed this at reception. The site plan on site shows another pitch in front of ours. The staff didn't seem to care about the complaint, they said that they sold the pitch a lot because of the great view. On day 3 we already had the 3rd changing camping guest in front of us. We paid a hefty 5.50 euros per day for our dog and nothing at all was offered in return. There were no-dog signs everywhere on the beach and next to it - no access to the lake. So a separate vacation, where one goes swimming and the other looks after the dog up at the campsite. This is how modest a well-deserved annual vacation can look, pure disappointment A small side note: the lake can be reached easily via a flight of steps down a height difference of around 6 meters.

"Never again at the Weisser See campsite - We arrived and were immediately greeted by a person who was in a very bad mood and whose main occupation was constantly fixing her plait in the middle of the reception conversation. Not a friendly word to our children, no joint inspection of our rented pitch. Although we had emphasized several times that one of our children was afraid of dogs, a very large dog was constantly running around us. Unfortunately, this situation accompanied us throughout our entire vacation. There were one or two dogs in front of almost every car. They peed everywhere (very nice for the children). And sometimes they also defecate. In addition, there is constant barking at all times of the day. Unfortunately, this place is not recommended for children. The old playhouse is dirty and the stairs leading up to it, just like the terrace and the stairs to the lake, are an imposition. Tables and chairs look like they were taken straight from the garbage dump. NOBODY CARES ABOUT THE VERY OLD PLAYGROUND. Even the only campfire site on offer is an imposition. Unclean, unkempt and difficult to use for everyone. The wash houses didn't offer any vacation flair either (one wasn't even open at times) and the other was closed for cleaning work between eight and nine in the morning during the main usage times. If it wasn't for the beautiful white lake, we would have left the campsite as soon as we arrived. MV is beautiful, but not the campsite at Weisse See.

"Need for improvement - We received a friendly welcome from the staff. They are always eager to find a solution to any problem. Unfortunately, the paths to the rear pitches are very overgrown and hardly any pitches are halfway straight. The biggest shortcoming is that there is not a single garbage can on the entire site. Otherwise, this site is perfect for relaxing, not so much for families who want action.

Profil

The Campingpark on Weißen See has everything that friends of nature and campers could desire. In a light pine wood you can "make camp" and enjoy the unique nature. Directly by the beach is the "Naturfreibad am Weißen See", or …'open-air pool on the Weisse See'. Whether it's swimming, or simply lying and sunbathing, everything is possible on the "little" sandy beach. No motorboats will disturb the silence of nature, because the lake has no connections to other waters and motorboats are not permitted here. For the little ones of course there are a lot of things to do. Not only the beach and the wonderful Weisse See invite them to run riot - there's also a playground and a football pitch to let their hearts beat faster. And then in the evening when dark settles in, the cool air brings the mouthwatering smells of bread-on-a-stick and sausages grilled in merry groups. A cosy gathering with the whole family and friends is the order of the day here.
