General information Domaine Raulet is an organic horse farm, situated in the Aude, in the South of France. This is one of the most beautiful and interesting parts of France. The mediaeval city, Carcassonne, is only 45 km away. Close …to Domaine Raulet you will encounter the ruins and historic castles of the Cathares. Only 20 minutes away (by car) is the beautiful lake of Montbel. Ideal for swimming, sunbathing, sailing, etc. (motorboats are not allowed on the lake). Andorra, the Mediterranean and Toulouse are all reachable within an hour and Barcelona is 4 hours away by car. Campsite There is a small campsite (15 places) with toilets and showers with hot and cold water. Our campsite has only simple facilities but if you love nature you will enjoy it immensely. It’s situated on a hilltop, with a beautiful view over the surrounding woods and fields. You can also rent a caravan on our campsite. Please contact us for more information.

Route description : - by car Via Montpellier : take the autoroute A9 direction Toulouse-Barcelona, at Narbonne take the autoroute Toulouse-Carcassonne (A 61 - E 80). Leave the autoroute at exit 23 (Limoux); after the péage follow the signs for …Limoux (D118). Via Toulouse : take the autoroute A61 - E 80 direction Montpellier-Carcassonne. Leave the autoroute at exit 23 (Limoux), after the péage follow the signs Limoux (D118). From Limoux : When you are in Limoux, you will come to a roundabout. Follow the signs for Chalabre (D620). You will pass the small villages Ajac and la Bezole. After la Bezole, about 4,5 km, on the left-hand side you will find a sign for Saint Couat du Razès (D30). Turn left. After 100 meters take the small road to the right, crossing a bridge. You will see a sign with the name “Raulet” here. Stay on this road passing the farms “Facaud”, “La Jurque” and “La Porte”. After 2,5 km you will see a no through road sign. Follow this road, at the end of which you will find “Domaine Raulet”. By train : the closest station is Limoux, about 20 km from Raulet. If you let us know, we can pick you up from there for a small fee, or you can take a taxi. By bus : You can take a bus to Carcassonne with Eurolines. By Plane : Ryanair has frequent flights to Carcassonne airport, where there are several car hire companies.
