Profil

On the edge of a wooded area in the south of France, fifteen kilometres from Carcassonne, lies Camping de Montolieu. The small, well-maintained campsite was recently taken over by a young couple who have largely renovated it. The well laid …out campsite is in a quiet location and has spacious, marked out touring pitches with plenty of privacy. The nearby village of Montolieu is known as a book village. Lots of privacy The well-arranged campsite is located directly on the road. There are 43 touring pitches, each bordered on three sides by hedges. So you really have a field to yourself, with plenty of privacy. The pitches are well maintained and the straight, paved paths are lit at night. Cosy terrace The main building at the entrance has recently been completely renovated. Besides the reception, there is also a well-equipped recreation room, a bar, a snack bar and a cosy terrace. In the morning there is fresh bread and croissants and a small selection of local products. Not only dinner but also breakfast is served on the terrace. Please note that these services are only available in high season. Wine and boccia In July and August, the campsite organises a variety of activities for its guests. On Wednesdays, you can join us for a leisurely meal. On Sundays there is a boccia competition, and every Friday evening you can take part in a wine tasting. There is also an excursion programme and guided walks are organised.
