We have known the site for a very long time and it has always been something of an insider's tip; we have always enjoyed going there as we don't have too far to drive. In recent years, however, it has been massively commercialized, plots have been created, capacities have been expanded and online booking... has been introduced. So far, no problem, but the sanitary facilities have not been extended, there is no catering apart from the lake bistro stand with very limited opening hours, and there is no contact person on site. Too bad, the flair and charm of the place has been lost

Very successful stay
We camped there as a family (2xE, 2xK) for a week in August. All in all, it was great. The landscape deserves special mention because it really is exceptionally beautiful and above all quiet.
I would say it's perfect for families and senior citizens. We even went to an event in the neighboring village... at the weekend, so with a bit of prior information it's also suitable for young people if you don't like it quite so quiet.
Everything was really well-kept and clean. Small campsite that still really conveys the feeling of "camping", so you won't find any luxury there. The long-established permanent campers in particular are really friendly and helpful if you need anything.
What might be helpful for everyone here is that the whole booking process works best via the municipality's website (Pramet). There you can also book and pay spontaneously without having to phone anyone. There is a barrier system installed at the lake itself that works with license plate recognition. So be sure to enter the license plate number of the towing vehicle, otherwise you'll be like us and stand in front of the barrier and can't get in.
Tiny houses were just being built when we were on vacation there. We were allowed to look inside one of them - they look really good.
