New Year's Eve at the nature camp
This was our third time at the Naturcamp,
this time for winter camping over New Year's Eve. The whole
is very well maintained, quiet and beautifully situated
beautifully situated in nature. The owners Claudia and Frank
are very friendly and helpful, and always concerned about the well-being
of the guests.... The sanitary facilities are very modern
And always spotless. We feel completely at home here and
will definitely be happy to come back.

Very nice small clear place and VERY!!! dedicated operators. Not everything is finished yet (outdoor area) but they have very good ideas and a lot is already finished.
Everything is well thought out and suitable. Everything fits. And it was one of the best turn of the year so far ...

We had a very good rest. The hiking trails are well signposted. The nature campsite is small and nice. The operators are very friendly and always helpful

Wonderful turn of the year
We discovered the site by chance on the internet and have not regretted going there. It's a new camping site for motorhomes, tents and caravans, but you can also rent tiny houses. Top supply and disposal, electricity and sanitary facilities. The operators are super nice and have prepared everything well... for New Year's Eve. There is a small regional store on the site as well as a large recreation room where you can also cook.
There are also very good hiking trails or, as now in winter, skiing and tobogganing. It certainly wasn't the last time we were there.

Everything is just right for us here. From booking to departure. Claudia and Frank have created a great place here. In the middle of the forest with great paths for hiking. The small wash house is modern and was always clean. There is a small store on site where you can pay by card. A beautifully designed... recreation room with cooking facilities and sink. The site only has a few pitches, so you can always strike up a conversation with another camper. A very informal atmosphere. Wifi is not 100% available but who needs it in this gem. We will definitely be back

A dream pitch in the forest
A beautiful pitch in the middle of the Thuringian Forest, very nice pitches, a sanitary building to stay in, top facilities and cleanliness.
The pitches are even cleared in winter - perfect.
Very nice contact with the operator.
The site is perfect for hiking, cycling or just walking in the forest. Worth seeing is the bunker museum about 2.6 km away with gastronomy.

A beautiful campsite in a wonderful, quiet location.
Very friendly owners who are very friendly and accommodating.
A concept very well adapted to nature.
We keep our fingers crossed that it will be accepted by the campers as it is planned.
If we travel to Thuringia again, this site will definitely be our first choice.

Small but veiny
Wonderful little place to relax and unwind. Very nice and friendly operators. You can go on long hikes directly from the campsite. There are restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The small store with regional products has the most important things you need. We will definitely be back.

Mooie camping midden in het bos. Je loopt zo de wandelpaden op voor een heerlijke wandeling in de natuur. Splendid starry sky, burbling herds, stilte, a kampvuur... what more do you want? De camping is nog niet volgroeid maar het is duidelijk dat er een heel mooi concept gaat bloeien. In the meantime,... you can ask the owners for everything and think more. Everything has been thought of in the spacious bathrooms and small rooms. A cozy kitchen to cook in, even theedoeken om af te drogen zij aanwezig. Je moet wel een beetje digitaal vaardig zijn, het winkeltje gaat bijvoorbeeld met een app. Met de Thuringer Wald Guest card waarmee gratis toegang verkregen kan worden tot diverse attracties hebben wij onze overnachtingen grotendeels al terugverdiend. Er is veel te doen in de omgeving, 5 dagen was veel te kort voor ons. We were now with our caravan, aanrader, mooie grindplekken voor zijn, maar ook met ons kleine tentje waarmee we wandelen was het prima vertoeven geweest.

The Lenkgrund nature camp near Frauenwald is a real gem for nature lovers! Nestled in the green heart of the Thuringian Forest and directly on the legendary Rennsteig trail, the site offers the perfect combination of tranquillity, adventure and modern facilities.

As soon as you arrive, you can feel... the warm, family atmosphere - everything is run with love and passion by the hosts Claudia and Frank. There are spacious pitches for tents, motorhomes or caravans and even charming tiny houses for a little extra comfort.

What makes the Naturcamp special:
- The focus is on nature - being outdoors, relaxing and recharging your batteries is easy here.
- Thanks to modern, digital management, the entire stay is super uncomplicated - from booking to departure.
