Otherwise it was an absolutely great experience to get away with your loved one for a few days! The barrel was actually more comfortable than expected with great mattresses and pillows/blankets!
The only thing... is that it could get very warm in midsummer!
Staff absolutely friendly and the sanitary facilities top clean! So I can recommend it to anyone who is positive about a bit of togetherness in nature!!!!

Friendly check in and we got a free ticket for 2 people for the neighboring outdoor pool. We booked a fenced-in pitch at the end of the site, half shaded under beautiful trees close to the forest, and spent some very quiet and relaxing days. As a dog owner, the fence... is really an added value.
It is a pity that there is no restaurant on site. Not even in the immediate vicinity.
Overall really friendly permanent campers and a nice atmosphere.

We liked it very much. We had only booked 2 nights, but were then able to book another night spontaneously. It is very cozy. Everything is well organized, enough storage space for luggage. Breakfast inside and outside possible. Delicious breakfast served in a basket outside the door in the morning. We had vegetarian on request. The barrel was clean and cozy. As a couple, you can stay here for 1-2 nights. There is also a supermarket not far away and the surrounding area is also beautiful. I stayed at the campsite with my camper and my dog for 2 nights.
Not only were the staff very friendly and helpful, the campers on site were also very friendly and open towards me.
We saw lots of dogs and the "dogs are welcome" notice is not just a sign, it is meant seriously.
The atmosphere... on the site felt very relaxed and welcoming and the adjacent forest is wonderful for dogs and their owners.
The grounds and sanitary facilities are clean and inviting.

My husband and I stayed at the xl dog park for 4 days with our two dogs.
Simply beautiful, quiet, very clean. A big compliment to the owner: the site is completely fenced in. The showers and toilets were very clean. Toilet paper was always available! Drinking... water is available to everyone and you can fill it yourself. The snack bar is simply great and super tasty. The area is ideal for dog owners. Beautiful forest. The area also invites you to explore.
