I also find it very unfair when someone stands up for disabled people and is dismissed because of this.

Paths too narrow, no turning possibility at the end of a dead end. The groundsman !!! If you stand up for disabled people, you'll be kicked off the course - which is undesirable. They say it won't be long before you're told when and where you can run in circles.The groundsman lives up to his reputation as a former prison officer.It's a campsite where you could feel at home if it weren't for the groundsman. It is forbidden to drive faster than 7 km/h on the campsite, but not the groundsman, who drives his e-bike at 25 km/h in front of a team and the team then drives just as fast, of course.

The groundsman has instructed that no work may be carried out until 31.8. However, he himself allows construction work to be carried out on the driveway and a new reception building even during this period and even over lunchtime.

A permanent camper wanted to drive to the lake with a disabled person, but this was not possible because a bollard was blocking the way. The groundsman and groundswoman had the key. He politely asked if it could be unlocked. The woman's... answer was a curt no and what business is it of yours anyway?
Conclusion: people with disabilities are not welcome.
I have now learned that the permanent camper was dismissed because of this action.

One car is allowed on a pitch, but some people have 2 - 3 cars on their pitch, who is the best greaser?
During my stay, numbers were sprayed in pink on the paths in front of the pitches.
I was thinking of a prison feeling and now I read that the groundsman was a prison officer, then things become clear.

The campsite was also fine. The weather was a bit cloudy and it was almost too quiet for me. There were hardly any activities, but you did see people. The sanitary facilities were clean and were being cleaned when I was there. There was a supermarket nearby, easy to get to by bike. We had inadvertently packed our tent without the fiberglass poles and were therefore unable to pitch the tent. On Saturday afternoon there was also no possibility of buying poles nearby. The campsite operator was very helpful and even provided us with... his own igloo tent. Otherwise our short vacation would have fallen through. The site has hardly changed over the years. The permanent campers have extended their shacks and it is sometimes very reminiscent of slums, with corrugated iron, wooden sheds etc. everywhere. This has... little to do with camping. The sanitary facilities were not cleaned despite the cleaning staff. I made the mistake of going to the toilet with the outside door open. As I don't yet have clairvoyant powers, I couldn't see the sign on the door (between the wall and the door) and then got a huge enema telling me that I shouldn't enter the building if the cleaning lady was inside. For the record, she was standing outside smoking and could have just called out. As the action was too stupid for me, I let the good lady clean and went back to the shower afterwards. There was dirt and fluff on the feet of the shower walls, stains on the wall and it was definitely not clean. It's a shame that a site on such a beautiful lake and relatively close to the village is so run down. In the evening there were quite strange people hanging around in front of the campsite in the parking lot. This also explained the signs that the police patrol the site in the evening. So at least the children know how hard it used to be ;-)Automatski prevedeno.

There are ten day pitches available, lots of wooden cabins that can be rented and lots of permanent campers. The permanent campers' area is a disaster: sometimes you can't even see the caravan because it's so built up. Some pitches in this area have probably not seen a... tenant for years. Sanitary facilities totally dark, little light, not very clean. As a day guest you get stupid looks from the permanent campers. No recommendation from me!Automatski prevedeno.
