We had a wonderful pitch on the edge of the site. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are absolutely outdated and sometimes unappetizing. The showers are too few and very far away from the tourist pitches. I only found two showers for men on the whole site. Only electricity... on site! Water withdrawal points are only very extensive, disposal for chemical toilet and WOMO very outdated and not up to date! There is a bread roll trailer on site that opens at 7 and closes when it is empty, which is usually 2 hours later. So if you want bread on site you have to get up early. Supermarket in the village 700 m from the back of the campsite. The sanitary facilities are very clean but hopelessly outdated. During our stay, the heating in the WC and shower unfortunately also broke down in winter temperatures. The technical defects could not even be rectified within four days. Unfortunately, the surcharge on the campground price for admission was the same as usual. But it was very empty and the pitches were large and very well maintained. The staff were very friendly and the sanitary facilities were clean. The thermal spa with its slides is great for children. But if you're looking for peace and quiet, you won't find it at Therme 3000, you have to go over to Termal. The thermal baths would be great, the staff are friendly and the value for money is top! But please renovate the thermal baths at last!!!! Bread rolls on site, for the rest you have to go into town. The thermal baths have many dangers of injury (screws sticking out of stairs from torn off screws), many bubble systems in the pools no longer work, loose spotlights hanging... around in the water on cables, hair hanging out of the massage jets, 40 cm large and 30 cm deep, unsecured holes in the sunbathing lawn, sanitary facilities that are unparalleled in terms of damage and lack of hygiene. One day there was even no thermal water in the pool. Please renovate this wonderful thermal spa before it is too late and even more guests stay away. The same picture at the campsite, a desolate sanitary building in which only a fraction of the showers work, blocked drains and cleaning staff who know nothing about their work. Broken glass, scraps of plastic and smelly cat food in front of the garbage collection point. The guests should also take themselves by the nose here. The pitches are fine. Only the constant loud music from the spa's loudspeakers is a bit annoying. People looking for peace and quiet have found it a bit difficult here in recent years. The staff at the campsite are very friendly and helpful and really go out of their way.
