Poor internet and foul-smelling sanitary facilities 1, in urgent need of renovation.Vacation with the motorhomeAlthough we had been promised parking space 216 by phone, we had to choose between 100 (right next to the large playground), the maximum penalty for a kindergarten teacher, or 810 (a through and short-stay parking space). We opted for the second option, whereupon a check-in employee said: "You don't... really want to do that to yourself? What was she trying to tell us and why are these spaces being rented out???
No understanding, despite free parking spaces. Profit maximization comes before customer friendliness. During the Whitsun vacations, the campsite was almost full.
The pitches and paths are narrow. Without a mover, parking is quite a feat.

The staff are super nice and helpful. With the guest card we could take the bus to Bolzano for free. A great stay all round. Swimming pool great, for the summer there is also a pool outside. The dishwashing area is great with a fantastic view. It's really fun there.Negativne straneThe lower sanitary facilities are a bit dated and not heated, which is unpleasant at the end of October/November, but there are facilities a few steps further on that are newer and nicer. The place is extremely loud until late at night. Outdoor pool water was really cold, what we have not seen that something is done here for the environment solar system or photovoltaics very unfortunate because then the water in the outdoor pool would certainly be warmer. For the size of the place there are far too few toilets and showers available if you have something in mind you should take that into account we have never had to wait if you have to go to the toilet in the morning goes garnit. We can't understand the predominantly good reviews, we won't be visiting the site again. I can't give an assessment of the other accommodation options.
The pitches are big enough. Nicely shaded with vines. Unique. There is grass and small pebbles on the ground, so no mud after the rain. TOP.
There are 2 wash houses, older and newer.... Both good and always clean. The price includes hot water and toilet paper. There is a dispenser with disinfectant in each toilet.
We were there during the vacation season, so many families with small children, which made for a certain noise level at the pool. This is completely normal and should not be a point of criticism. On the new indoor pool you have a beautiful terrace, which is only accessible for adults, where you can sunbathe in peace.
There is a small store where you can get everything you need. Fresh bread rolls etc. and a pizzeria where you can order pizzas to take away.
The senior manager walks through the campsite every evening and greets his guests. Very attentive and nice.
A Bolzano Card is handed out. (See the advantages online). There were mainly Germans, Dutch and Danes at the campsite.
Small point of criticism: The WLAN reception could be better. A few repeaters would work wonders.
I definitely recommend this campsite.

You can tell that they have a lot of experience in dealing with guests.
The crowning glory is, of course, the free "Bolzano Card" - you can use the "public transport" for unlimited bus... and train travel (including the mountain railroad) and can explore the area without stress - and at a price of €45/night for 2 people.
