    Impossible to invest anything for years
    I haven't seen such a dirty place in Europe for years, I don't understand how you can let a toilet house be so dilapidated and still want money for it

    Totally in the shade not suitable for wintering. Sanitary facilities not heated only brown water no drinking water. Sanitary facilities are not cleaned every day therefore very unpleasant odor
