Nice, well-kept campsite with good infrastructure. Duzschen a little narrow, otherwise everything ok. Sale of drinks and snacks, "pizzeria" (more like a kiosk).

Located near the highway in the small village of Port d'Ain on the river of the same name. We have already visited this campsite three times. Inexpensive, large pitches and adjustable shower facilities are the plus points. As in many places, you need to bring your own toilet paper. Right next to the... campsite you can book a one-day canoe trip on the Ain, and if you have your own canoe with you, you can take advantage of the return service. There are stores outside the town about 3km to the south.

A good place for a stopover. Large pitches. Sanitary facilities in need of renovation. Tip: be sure to visit the bird park in Villars-les-Dombes, approx. 35 km away, and watch the air show there! You should plan at least 1/2 day for this. http://www.parcdesoiseaux.com/fr/index.php
