Sanitary facilities in the mobile home area were unacceptable
Summer vacation
We stopped here for 4 nights on our trip through France. The welcome was friendly and we were shown to our pitch. It was surrounded by about 10 other pitches and mobile homes. It seems to me that campers who don't stay long tend to be accommodated here. It should also be mentioned that the D25 road passes... by this pitch. But none of this bothered us. The pitch was very sandy but there were mats on which we could park our caravan without sinking too much into the sand. What is not acceptable, however, is the sanitary building nearby. This building is old, run down and totally overwhelmed with its task. 2 toilets, a chemical toilet, a handful of showers and washbasins that were left to their own devices after the initial installation. Cleaning was rather irregular. The focus here was clearly on the mobile homes. The other sanitary facilities near the pool made a better impression. I can see past a lot of things, but such a sanitary facility is a cheek. I then took the much longer route to the sanitary facilities near the pool because they are simply better. Otherwise, the site is not bad and the rest of the infrastructure is ok. All the staff are friendly and if it doesn't work in French, then in English.
