Forced eviction despite booking
A pitch was reserved and confirmed from 3-10.8.25. On the 7th we were asked to vacate the pitch by 11am the next day. Reason: new guests were coming and the pitch was needed.
In 50 years of camping I have never experienced such insolence!

Small, closely spaced pitches. Very noisy because the pitches are right next to a very noisy kiosk terrace. Almost exclusively permanent campers
Inexpensive campsite that does not live up to its four stars
We spent a weekend here. The campsite has almost exclusively permanent campers and as a "tourist" you didn't feel very welcome. We were constantly made aware of the quiet times as a precaution, but had constant noise ourselves all day because the pitch was directly in front of the kiosk terrace. There... were loud discussions on the terrace from early in the morning until almost 11pm. The worst thing we found was that we shouldn't call ADAC on arrival because it was too late at 8pm and it would be too loud (quiet time from 10pm). Because of a supposedly defective turbocharger, we struggled at 20 km/h for the last 2 kilometers to the campsite. To avoid a "noise nuisance", we wanted to have the car checked by the ADAC in a parking lot outside the campsite. But even this would have been too noisy for the operators and we were told to wait until the next day. Of course, we were all the more outraged by the noise pollution from the kiosk terrace until 11 p.m., which the campsite operators also attended for the most part. The pitch allocation was well-intentioned because it was close to the water connection. However, we were also very surprised that a 4-star pitch did not have a water connection directly on the pitch. The water connection close to our pitch served as a water point for most of the campsite. The pitches themselves were tiny and were close to the next caravan. They were also not separated by hedges or anything similar, so it felt like someone walked right past our table every two minutes. Even in high season, the kiosk only had a very limited range of food. When we asked if there were bread rolls, we were only told that they could only serve coffee and beer. The sanitary facilities were modern, but not particularly clean. For example, the garbage can for the paper towels was overflowing right from the start and we didn't notice any cleaning of the sanitary facilities during the weekend. We also found it unusual that the garbage station was only open at 11am and 3pm. We are not used to this and found it very inconvenient. As we were there with a toddler, we chose this campsite especially because of the playroom. However, we found out on site that it was only open in bad weather, as you could use the outdoor pool in good weather. So unfortunately we could only look in from the outside. It's nice that there is an outdoor pool there. However, it would also be nice to have a baby pool there. The adventure playground advertised on the homepage has certainly seen better days. There is a broken slide in the middle of the playground, the play equipment is all very rusty and weathered and the barbecue area next to the playground is piled up with bulky garbage. The seating at the barbecue area is broken. All in all, not really inviting. On the other hand, we found it very positive that you could leave on the day of departure not directly in the morning but also in the afternoon without any extra charge. The price for the weekend was also very reasonable. All in all, however, we didn't feel very comfortable here, so we spent a lot of time outside the campsite.
