"Contradictory - First of all: I'm rating the camping part, not the (masses of) rental accommodation. Good: Staff very friendly and helpful! Reasonable price. Pitches large. Matter of taste: The grounds. Everything is too artificial for us (the lake, the houses etc.). But others like that. Bad points: The sanitary facilities, which are completely outdated, too few and awkward to use (e.g. you have to walk around the corner to wash your hands after using the toilet. There are no sockets in the wash cubicles, things like that). Therefore contradictory: outdoor facilities well maintained, but camping sanitary facilities not. The location is very good as a starting point for Veleuwe tours, Kröller-Müller, Het Loo Palace, Apenheul and Burgers zoos and other tours. Tip: Cycle paths outside the Kröller-Müller area are at least as beautiful as inside and cost no entrance fee (park entrance fee just under EUR 10 per person!) And another tip: With an Obelink customer card you get a remarkable 40% discount!

"a construction site with lots of noise - We are here at the campsite with an arrangement of 2 months the last month we are at7.00 am awakened by construction workers with noise of machines and loud music.Large trucks and excavators drive back and forth, trees are cut down even until 20.00 pm, to put a chalet there where a few days before there were caravans. This is definitely not a dream park for the camper.

"Great place with many new mobile homes but old sanitary buildings - The site is great .... and seems to be undergoing a major transformation. Many new mobile homes are being built and set up that are second to none. There are also two bathing lakes with a white beach. Unfortunately, the sanitary blocks are VERY outdated. Not only are the doors broken, but the water control in the showers is also terrible. The water is so hot that you get scalded when the water is turned on in the next shower. The toilets are also ... well ... "not nice". Otherwise really highly recommended.

" - great place, clean sanitary facilities, nice people, compliments to the girls at the reception, gave good tips on how to get to amsterdam cheaply and quickly and even printed out the route for us. great!

EuroParcs De Zanding is located in one of the most beautiful places in the Netherlands, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Veluwe. Surrounded on all sides by large nature reserves, the region invites you to take walks like to …the Veluwe village of Otterlo. A wonderful place to relax and spend your holiday! The extensive heathland and forests of the Hoge Veluwe National Park are literally just around the corner from EuroParcs De Zanding. So get on your bike or lace up your hiking boots to explore this special nature reserve. The campsite itself has its own bathing lake with a sandy beach, an indoor swimming pool and a restaurant. There is free Wi-Fi throughout EuroParcs De Zanding. During the school holidays, our Fun Heroes and Fun Crew offer fun entertainment activities for all ages in the park. The Fun Heroes are our travelling entertainment teams and the Fun Crew is our permanent entertainment team in the park. The teams organise sports activities, but also great shows for children and creative craft activities. There are also independent events in our park that you can take part in. This campsite is an excellent holiday destination for swimming enthusiasts. There is a beautiful swimming lake on the site. This lake is completely surrounded by a sandy beach. It is surrounded by trees that provide the necessary shade. You can also swim in the indoor swimming pool. This swimming pool also has a children's pool and a wellness area with a Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, Turkish steam bath and heated benches. Dogs are very welcome here! The park itself and the immediate vicinity are ideal for a holiday with your dog. You can fish in the large fish pond in the holiday park without needing a fishing licence. However, we do not rent out fishing rods or accessories.
