Beautiful forest campground with spacious sites
In the middle of Gaasterland with direct access to a nature reserve of the Forestry Commission, you will find camping "The Waps". The campsite in Friesland, has spacious detached pitches and is within walking distance of the village Oudemirdum All pitches on the campsite offer lots of privacy and the... sanitary facilities are well cared for and heated. Fresh rolls are available daily at the counter next to the reception. Also, the famous Pake's fries for sale as well as ice cream. The campground is ideal for excursions in the surrounding area and for hiking and biking directly from the campground. Right outside the campground is a large off-leash area for dogs. Showers and hot water are included in the price of the pitch.
