"Nice campsite, great for families, less for those seeking peace and quiet - Elongated campsite with approx. 200 grass pitches and an area for groups at the rear. 3 sanitary buildings, somewhat old but quite clean. WIFI only in the entrance area + 30m. Data traffic with data packages recommended but looooong! About the area: NOT suitable for mountain biking, but for road biking. Nice rendonné around the lake (approx. 1h). On Saturdays and Sundays when the weather is nice, all hell breaks loose when the French and their enfants invade the adjacent recreation area in their hundreds :-)

"for those who look for a quiet place in stunning scenery - We stayed in late August and there were many places left... very good for those looking for a quiet place. The lakeside/mountain view is just awesome. For those with more action: there is a decent 2-pile wakeboard lift with challenging obstacles, there are many hiking trails, and a MTB downhill park is 20min drive away. The campsite is well equipped with everything the experienced camper would need. Staff is friendly an helpful.

Take the A41 towards Aix-les-Bains and exit at Aix-les-Bains-Nord. Follow the D911 in the direction of Lescheraines/Le Châtelard. The campsite is located 1 km south of Lescheraines. Just follow the signs for "Base de Loisirs" to reach the campsite.
