Unfriendly owners. WC and showers not clean. Unkempt campsite.
Unreasonable
The whole campsite is unkempt. Tall grass, overgrown bushes and hedges. WC screw connection partially rusted. WC flush leaking. The whole sanitary facilities dirty and filthy. Garbage is not emptied regularly so that garbage bags lie on the ground and rats have their pleasure. On pitch 1 there are completely... dilapidated caravans that are rented out to illegal workers. The owners are very unfriendly. Electricity bills are estimated or you are accused of stealing electricity. The highway nearby can be heard very well. A rating of 1 is still too high6

Garbage cans are not emptied regularly. Looks like a garbage dump. The place is unkempt. Nothing has been done since the owner's son took over.

CP directly behind the holl. Border on a farm. Little more than a pitch with electricity and sanitary facilities (these were well maintained but basic). Pitch with paving. There is a small "reading hut" on the campsite with lots of books that you can read there, and unfortunately the staff only spoke Dutch, but you could "get by".
