Even though the season was coming to an end, the staff was super friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. The restrooms were spotless, and the sauna was the icing on the cake—it really made us feel at home.
The bike trail network is also well-developed for recreational cyclists and manageable even without an e-bike. The ground was well-compacted and suitable for standard tent stakes; the site was perfectly level and sufficiently large. It’s conveniently close to the restroom facility. The restroom facility is top-notch and features... a beautiful design inspired by brown coal—we really like it. Everything is always clean and in order, and the staff is super friendly. Thanks to the well-designed bike paths, it’s always easy to ride your bike from point A to point B and go on lots of tours around Senftenberg. Die angepriesene Boulebahn war nicht vorhanden. Die Platzeinteilung insgesamt war chaotisch. Werde den Platz nur eingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Great access and parking... options for campers arriving and departing.
We also liked the ongoing development and expansion of the lakeside facilities.
