"Pitch - The Womo pitch was fully in order, electricity is taken at a column with a card. In principle, this card is used for everything on the campsite. The credit can be booked back on departure. The sanitary facilities were great, anything that was faulty was repaired immediately. Only the washing machine for the cassette was not so clean, but you can see that however you like. I clean mine manually. Will be back again!

"Beautiful campsite by the lake - The campsite is still quite new and the trees are correspondingly small. Each pitch has a gravelled area for the camper with a piece of grass in front of it. The wash houses are modern and clean. Everything is charged by chip card, e.g. access to the wash house and the scullery. The chip card must be used for hot water when showering and washing up and consumption is charged directly. There is a very good restaurant on site and a bread roll service. There is also a pizza and sausage machine. The staff are friendly and competent. We will be back again.

"Very well-kept campsite - Campsite and all facilities very well maintained and clean. Friendly staff, choice of pitches, whether in the countryside, on terraces etc. We would love to come back.

"Wäller Camp in the Westerwald - Basically everything has already been said about the advantages. If you like it quiet and are looking for a great, clean and modern place, you will definitely not be disappointed here. The team at Wähler Camp is super and does a really great job. Please keep up the good work!!! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!

"Newly designed campsite in the Westerwald - We visited this newly created campsite for the 2nd time. All the pitches have now been laid out. We were personally guided to our pitch. Most of the pitches are terraced and you have a beautiful view of the lake. The two new sanitary buildings are modern and were mostly clean. Unfortunately, 2 of the 4 showers in the upper sanitary building were out of order. This was quite unfavorable for a site that was almost fully booked. The new restaurant was unfortunately closed (currently Mondays and Tuesdays). A daily bread roll service with fresh bread rolls is offered on request. Snack bar and beach bar (unfortunately closed on our evening) on the beach. Supply and disposal with Camper Clean. The pitches are large enough and equipped with electricity. There are also 3 pitches with private sanitary facilities. The lake is also used by out-of-town guests and has a lot of algae. This made swimming unattractive for us. SUP'ing is possible.

Holiday at Wäller Camp by the Seeweiher in Mengerskirchen Covered by the stars and gently woken by nature – that’s how your day begins at Wäller Camp. The trees rustle softly in the wind, the lake sparkles in the morning …sun, and you decide what the day has in store for you. Maybe a relaxed breakfast with fresh rolls delivered by the bread taxi, followed by a peaceful walk through the nearby nature reserve? Or would you rather go on a little sightseeing tour through the Westerwald? If you're in the mood for a lazy day, just stretch out by the lake and enjoy the quiet – and later, fire up the grill for a relaxed evening. At Wäller Camp, there are plenty of ways to take a break from everyday life. You can set up your camp just the way you like. Whether you're traveling with a tent, caravan or campervan – the nature camping area offers you a place right in the green. The large, non-parcelled community meadow gives you even more space and the chance to connect with fellow travelers. If you're just passing through, the motorhome port is perfect, with easy 24/7 self-check-in and check-out. And soon, there’ll be even more space: 125 new pitches between 100 and 250 square metres are already in development. You won't miss out on comfort either. The new sanitary facilities are modern, clean and practical. Access is controlled with a chip card, and you'll find spacious washbasins with large shelves, a baby changing table, and of course hot showers – no coins needed, everything is charged conveniently via the chip card. As a guest, you can enjoy the lakeside swimming area free of charge. If you’re bringing your dog, they’ll love it too – with their own lake access, off-leash area and even a dog shower. The barbecue area with fire pit and benches right by the water is perfect for a relaxed evening. In the morning, your pre-ordered rolls will be ready for pickup at reception. And when it’s time to do laundry, a spacious, cashless laundry room is available with washing machines, dryers, sinks and everything you need. If you're traveling with a dog, be sure to read our dog guide in advance – and then: welcome to Wäller Camp!
