We chose the campsite because of its proximity to Trondheim, which is easily accessible by public transport. There is a small store with a restaurant right on site, but you have to drive to Orkanger for the rest of your supplies.

Occupied by permanent campers. Tourist seats in the upper rows. Not suitable for wheelchairs.
Suitable for visits to Trondheim.
Terraced, sloping site. Paths and pitches mostly gravel. Sanitary facilities OK. Tourist pitches above the many permanent campers. Restaurant clean and tidy with menu card. Rental cabins in various sizes available on the site. Not suitable for wheelchairs.

good starting point for visits to Trondheim
The place is a bit off the main traffic route, usually little traffic. Sanitary ok, hot water for washing up costs extra. Good starting point for visits to Trondheim, approx. 30 minutes. Sloping, terraced terrain, the top floor with a view over the permanent campers is intended for tourists.

Very well-maintained site with café/snack bar (and bar right). Small kiosk. Small sandy beach facing the fjord. Fishing possibilities. Playground. Mixed use by permanent campers, motorhomes/caravans and hytter. The new hytter are excellently equipped to a very high standard.
