"Niewisch rating - ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ The location of the campsite and the boat moorings in Niewisch is basically beautiful. Unfortunately, these positive aspects are clearly overshadowed by the treatment of guests and the organization of the campsite. The service at the reception - especially from Ms. Viola Koukal - is unfortunately not very customer-oriented. The response to comments or legitimate questions is sometimes very unfriendly. When we mentioned the damaged jetty, which was obviously in need of repair, all we got was a snotty reply that we could see that work was being done on it. However, it actually took a whole season for a few boards to be replaced. Communication with the course is also problematic. At the end of last season, we were assured that the new mooring contracts for 2026 would be sent to us. To date, we have received nothing, and there is no response to messages or inquiries. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem very professional and leaves a very bad impression. In addition, there are some rules and measures that are rather off-putting for guests. There are pictures of very dirty toilets in the sanitary facilities, apparently to instruct guests. In addition, there are very limited waste disposal times of only about two hours during which guests are allowed to dispose of their waste - so even on vacation you have to strictly adhere to these times. Unfortunately, the overall impression is that criticism is not welcome and guests are perceived more as a problem. This is particularly unfortunate because the site and location actually have a lot of potential. With more respectful treatment, better communication and more service orientation, the campsite could be much more attractive.

"Great campsite!!! - Great restaurant, reception is also a kiosk, good value for money! We've been coming here for 20 years and things have always improved. We are very satisfied. You can also hire a boat or pedalo. Or simply do nothing.

"Great campsite - The site has a great location right on the lake. The entire staff, especially the security guard, were always helpful and immediately on hand to help. A big compliment goes to the entire staff of the restaurant "Zum Seeteufel" for the very good cuisine. Many thanks to all!!!! See you next year. Heiko, Marion and Elke from the "Veranda"

"Very nice place by the lake - Despite the very poor reviews, we made a reservation for this site and were surprised by what we found. A very friendly welcome at the repetition, a beautiful place directly on the very and old but clean sanitary facilities. We will definitely be back and can only recommend this campsite.

"Very unfriendly - Very unfriendly. I cannot recommend camping. There are other nice places in the area where you will receive a friendly welcome as a guest.
