"Place ok, great area - We were there at the end of April/beginning of May 2023 with a medium-sized caravan and dog. Professional and courteous contact when booking. The people on site were also very nice and helpful. Large camping park, with everything a family with (small) children needs. Large bungalow complex and many permanent campers on the site. Tourist area somewhat separated and therefore absolutely ok. The site was well filled at the time and therefore "very lively" during the day, also due to the many children, but fairly quiet at night/evening. Plots large enough, no problem even for large caravans. Cars are parked nearby, but separately. Electricity connection directly on the pitch. Water and waste water connection not directly available in the pitch area of plot 559. Water connection quite close to the access road to the pitch area and therefore ok, waste water disposal and chemical toilet emptying at the nearby sanitary building, also ok. Sanitary facilities in our area good, sufficient number, modern, warm and well maintained. Store and bread roll service available. Location of the site very good for exploring the surrounding area on foot or by bike (Horster Wold and Wolderwijd, the southern foothills of the Veluwemeer). Wifi free, and strong enough for us to send a message or something. Pitch and surroundings absolutely "dog-friendly", dog beach very close by Conclusion: decent, fairly large site, quite lively at our time, but absolutely ok

"Nice place with garbage problem - In itself a lovely family campsite right on the water. Unfortunately, there was an alarming amount of garbage lying around everywhere as there were simply not enough garbage cans. The operator should urgently change this.

"Vacation expectation not fulfilled - On arrival we did not receive the reserved pitch for motorhomes, but was changed without comment to a pitch in front of the chemical toilets and the barrier access, unfortunately no rest and relaxation possible, as there was a constant coming and going of guests and visitors. ACSI Card was also not accepted afterwards. We ended our stay prematurely after 2 days (booked for 8 days). The food in the restaurant was delicious and plentiful, we liked it, the service there was very nice.
