Very nice place at a small castle
Small, quiet campsite close to the highway, right next to a small castle and a small tennis court. The village/swimming pond with separate outdoor pool is also in the immediate vicinity. The site is generally very well maintained, almost family-like, with a friendly operator couple. The pitches are green,... mostly shaded by tall trees. Only cash payment possible. Electricity was quite expensive.
Burgau is small, but has everything you need,
3 good restaurants, supermarket, bakery etc.
Surroundings with some good and signposted cycle paths. Several thermal baths (Hundertwasser) are very easy to reach.

Small, quiet and fine
The Lewisch campsite in Burgau Castle was recommended to us. We had no great expectations but it was a miracle. The people at Lewisch are so nice, helpful and obliging. They even helped us to hook up our camping car to the car. The place itself is quiet a few meters next to the outdoor pool right next... to a great restaurant. The sanitary facilities are very, very clean and it smells very good. I can recommend everyone to spend their vacation there. Thanks again to Manuela Gerhard!

Beautiful small campsite, dedicated friendly operator couple Fam.Lewisch, great infrastructure

Anyone who finds disadvantages here has only themselves to blame!!!!!
Recreation
Nice little place but you are not cramped. Small, clean sanitary facilities! Very friendly and helpful operators.
In the middle of the village and yet very quiet!!!
