The campsite has a very good location right by the sea/bay in the Bamio district on the edge of Vilagarcia de Arousa. The site is divided into pitches, most of which are in the shade. It is also possible to rent apartments or bungalows of various sizes. There is a private access to the beach, which is... partly sandy and partly rocky. There is also a large public sandy beach just a minute away from the campsite. The water is very clear and you can even see the fish. The campsite even has a small, disabled-friendly outdoor pool and a paddling pool for children. There is also a playground for children and table tennis with a large and a small table. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy kitesurfing, tennis and fishing. You can also go hiking. There is a small supermarket and a small restaurant/cafe with wifi. The sanitary facilities are clean and large, with hot water around the clock. There are also permanent barbecue areas. A small drawback is that there are train tracks next to the campsite, but trains do not run frequently and when they do, they are very short. There is also a quarry in the bay, which sometimes carries out blasting. But not every day. Apart from that, it is usually very quiet. Personally, I can only recommend the Rio Ulla campsite.
