"Summer vacation June 2019 - We are currently on vacation at the CP. The pitches are all relatively large, all without a water connection. The pitches in the first row on the beach are very uneven. The beach is relatively small and not very nice. The sanitary facilities are outdated and are not cleaned regularly. Some of the toilet blocks are filthy, the sinks are dirty and the taps are broken! There is no hot/cold water regulator in the showers. I would give this campsite a maximum of 3 stars. Maybe the condition of the sanitary facilities in the HP will be better, at the moment it is a disaster. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this campsite.

"A very good campsite, very comfortable and with a warm welcome. - Spending a few days with my wife, camping Merendella was a very pleasant surprise. Very well located by the sea, the staff are very friendly, there's plenty of entertainment and the region is really superb. We plan to return this summer, having booked 15 days in July.

"Spacious pitches, directly by the sea, sunny or in the deciduous forest. Sanitary ok - Loud beach bar, music until after midnight with booming bass even in the off-season.

"Well-kept campsite with good facilities - The campsite is a beautiful, well-kept site in a deciduous forest with plenty of shade and direct access to the beach. Only the pitches in the front row have no shade. The pitches are parceled out and very large, so that it is not too crowded even when fully occupied. The campsite is well equipped, with everything your heart desires. There is even a swimming pool. There is no grocery store, but one can be found nearby in the village. The beach is not ideal, as the shore is a bit rocky. However, there are mats to make it easier to get into the water. There is a "fun island" in the water in front of the beach, a great meeting place for all children. There is a nice bar right on the beach. We didn't think the sanitary facilities were that great, but otherwise the campsite is very well maintained. Some of the rules, such as the ban on hanging up laundry during the day or the fact that you can't choose the position of your caravan, may seem a bit strange at first, but they are easy to understand (the view of the sea should not be obstructed or blocked). Overall, we (2 adults/2 children) felt very comfortable on the campsite.

In the northeast of Corsica, Camping Merendella awaits you – a well-kept paradise in a region known for its snow-white beaches and idyllic coves. This family-friendly site offers a heated swimming pool and two restaurants, and during the high season, …a varied entertainment program keeps guests engaged every day. Beach or park? Your choice! The pitches are at least 80 m² in size, and you can choose between two areas: Would you prefer to camp in the shady park under the trees, or right by the sea with a breathtaking view? No matter what you choose, the site features three well-maintained sanitary buildings, all easily accessible from anywhere. Swimming with a sea view No matter the season, you can always enjoy a swim at Camping Merendella in San-Nicolao thanks to the heated outdoor pool. When needed, the pool is covered, and sun loungers all around invite you to relax. From the pool, you’ll also have a stunning view of the sea. For toddlers, there’s a dedicated water play area with sprayers, slides, and other fun features. Older kids will love the three large slides! And for the adults, there’s a wellness area with massage jets, a solarium, and a sauna. Activities for all ages During the high season, there’s something for everyone: creative workshops, theatre performances, dance evenings, or sports tournaments.
