She was made aware of her negative manner but that didn't stop her from answering rudely.
After asking twice who the owner was in order to have a conversation she shouted at me that of course... she was the boss. In addition, she was completely overwhelmed even though it was relatively quiet. I therefore do not recommend this bathing and camping site under any circumstances. Why doesn't the elderly lady withdraw from day-to-day business?
As the pitches... are very small and the campsite management is very rude, the site cannot be recommended.

The most negative thing was that I found the pitches far too small.
I have a caravan with a total length (with drawbar) of 7.8 meters. It fit right up against the edge of the pitch, so there was no room at the back or front. For the rest of the space in the plot, I now... had the option of parking the car or extending the awning, neither of which was possible.
The wash house was not far away, but you had to pay extra for everything there. Well, the fact that showers often cost extra is nothing new, but I think 6 minutes for €1 is a lot. Even at the washbasins, hot water was charged extra using 10 cent coins. And not only there, the hot water for washing the dishes also cost extra.
There was no toilet paper in the toilets, so you had to bring your own or take an estimated amount from a large roll in the entrance area of the toilet block.
When registering, you had to hand in your ID card, which the elderly owner only handed over again on departure. Where is it that personal documents are withheld despite protests?
Last but not least, I would like to say that the owner was probably the most unfriendly owner or manager I have ever encountered on a campsite. Simply outrageous. The site will NEVER see me again.

I asked a camper if there was any way to get in because my mother had very bad back pain, she is diabetic and needed a break.
She then let me in and told me to go to the owner and... ask. Then I asked the same thing again can we come in and sit down and have a drink my mother is in a lot of pain and needs a break.
No that's not possible, you have to pay admission first then we're still closed and there's a party coming up so you have to see what you do, that's not my problem.
I have never experienced anything so outrageous and that from a lady in her mid-70s. I just say everyone gets what they deserve ....
Not worth a trip there. I decided to see for myself and spend a long weekend at the camp on the Liblarer
at the camp on Lake Liblar.
The first surprise was that the lady at reception was very friendly and registration was completed as quickly as at any... other camp.
The pitch is surrounded by high hedges with plenty of space, the sanitary facilities were very clean and modern, hot water with shower tokens as usual on many other campsites. The price-performance ratio is right.
The highlights are the fantastic lake, a clean sandy beach which is well frequented on nice weekends, a paradise for children with a large playground.
The time on the water with my SUP board was absolutely relaxing and just the right thing to switch off.
The restaurant on the beach serves good food and you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine.
Everyone will have had their own experiences here, so leaving a negative review because of little things is up to you.
But if you are put off by the negative reviews, it's your own fault, others are happy about "their" campsite.
Managing such a large campsite is certainly not an easy task, but here at the
Liblarer See I can't report anything seriously negative after my visit.
I also met a friendly lady at the check-out with whom you can have a nice chat.
No. 62 will definitely come again, just a 30-minute drive to leave everyday life behind.

The place is great and you can go swimming with the children. It doesn't matter whether they are small or adult children. The only important thing is that adults and children know the rules and stick to them. We have never experienced... that there are towels on the campsite and there was also soap in the toilet. Which you should also have with you when camping. The lady at the reception ensures that everything runs smoothly and has her campsite under control without bending over backwards. Attention is paid to integrity and consideration among the campers and complaints are dealt with immediately and consistently. For example, a nocturnal disturbance of the peace by (site)... neighbors was not only discussed immediately the next morning with all those involved, but also sanctioned. For those seeking peace and quiet, however, the campsite is probably more recommended for spring and fall due to its (wonderful) beach facilities and the unavoidable bathing noise. For nature seekers, cycling and hiking enthusiasts, the starting point of the campsite offers wonderful paths around the renaturalized Ville lakes and the pre-Eifel. We did some research beforehand to find out where we wanted to stay. We found the CP Liblarer See and had a look at the reviews. The fact that so many reviews differed so much made us wonder.... - How can it be that some travelers are so enthusiastic and others report their worst experiences? We decided to see for ourselves and drove to the campsite. That was the best decision ever! We were given an ideal pitch, the reception was friendly and extremely uncomplicated. As our motorhome is 8.6m long, we couldn't park the car next to the camper. Mrs. (Kütschner?...I'm not sure of the name anymore,...I mean the boss of the CP) offered us another parking possibility in the area, so that we didn't have to leave our fully loaded car outside the CP. We were very happy about that! We were able to take the dogs for a wonderful walk. When you leave the campsite, you can turn off into the forest right next to the campsite and reach the lake on a beautiful forest path, where the dogs (and us humans) can go for a nice swim. We felt safe and very comfortable. The site looks a bit like an allotment garden and everything is very clean, tidy and well-kept. If the weather had been better, we would certainly have liked to have used the great lido (but dogs are not allowed, which we understand). It is now clear to us that we would like to return to the Liblarer See campsite. We find it completely understandable that there are rules and that these are only effective if they are enforced. However, we do not travel to a campsite with the expectation that the red carpet will be rolled out for us and that all rules will be adapted to us.
