"Very familiar campsite in a great location - We spent one night on the campsite on the way and would come here again at any time. The campsite is in a very idyllic location and the individual pitches are very spacious. The owner speaks perfect German and Dutch and is very friendly and helpful. There is a small bistro where you can also get delicious food at 10pm in the evening. You also have the option of ordering rolls, baguettes, croissants etc. for breakfast. The sanitary facilities are very basic but clean. The price-performance ratio is good. We liked it very much!

"Somewhat confusing arrival - If you drive to the campsite from the direction of Vilsberg, there is no signposting to the campsite entrance. That's the only negative thing we noticed... The sanitary facilities are clean and functional. Only the dishwashing facilities are a bit sparse with two sinks. A small swimming pool is currently being built. We did not try the restaurant. The bread roll service is good. The operators are very friendly and helpful.

"Summer vacation - Place is a bit difficult to approach but then with the friendliness of the operator couple makes everything good. The place is beautifully situated and you can start many excursions from here. The food on site is good and plentiful. The ordering service for bread rolls is also good. The operators speak very good German and Dutch. We would love to come back

" - A small, very quiet campsite. The couple speak good/very good German and are very nice and helpful. In the evening you can order baked goods for the next day from 8.30 am. The sanitary facilities are clean. We were there for 2 spontaneous days and will definitely be back.

Camping with friends – in the heart of nature Camping Les Bouleaux is located in the peaceful village of Vilsberg, between the Northern Vosges Regional Nature Park and the calm charm of northeastern France. Here, you're welcomed by Remco and …Sandy, who run the campsite with love and dedication together with their twin children. A place to breathe and relax Remco and Sandy describe their campsite as "quiet, green, and family-friendly" – and that’s exactly what you’ll feel. Each pitch is at least 100 m² and surrounded by nature. In the morning, you’ll be gently woken by birdsong – not noise. It’s the perfect spot for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. Tent campers enjoy especially lovely spots at the forest's edge. No tent or van? Then stay in one of the two mobile homes, the wooden chalet, or one of the two CosoSweet glamping tents. Playtime, swimming & fresh bread There’s plenty for kids to enjoy: a big playground with a seesaw, trampoline, swing, and bar for climbing. The campsite has two pools – one reserved just for little ones. The large pool is heated, so swimming is always an option. There’s no shop on-site, but you can order fresh bread daily. The small bar offers snacks, ice cream, and drinks. For more shopping, you’ll find everything you need in Phalsbourg, just two kilometres away. Excursion tip: Europe’s biggest boat lift One of the best local attractions is just a 15-minute drive away: the Plan Incliné of Saint-Louis-Arzviler. This 45-metre boat lift is the largest of its kind in Europe and allows boats to skip no fewer than 17 locks on the Marne-Rhine Canal!
