"Beautiful facility, quiet and clean - A beautiful site with lush vegetation and spacious, shady pitches. The pitches down by the river are particularly quiet, apart from the road on the other side of the river. The sanitary facilities are functional and clean, and the "family showers", which are almost real bathrooms, are particularly noteworthy. The location of the spacious play and sports areas on the other side of the access road is a very good solution, so they don't get in the way. There is some animation, but if you don't want it, you won't be disturbed by it (we didn't even notice the karaoke evening on our pitch by the river). At least a well-stocked drinks fridge would be nice, because in my opinion a beer in the bar is no substitute for a drink enjoyed comfortably in front of the tent with a view of the river. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but seem very disorganized and sometimes a bit overwhelmed, which means that everything takes a lot of time (reception and bar)

Your 4-star campsite in the heart of the Dordogne Valley is located near Monceaux sur Dordogne, a picturesque little village full of charm, and offers you a stay in wonderfully green surroundings with the ambience of a former typical farmhouse. …Nevertheless, our pitches and accommodations are very close to shopping, services and surrounding places for leisure; at the same time, with a dreamlike view on the banks of the river, which contributes to a refreshing atmosphere. Park your camper van or pitch your tent on one of the pitches at our Au Soleil d'Oc campsite and enjoy a holiday in the great outdoors. The pitches are very spacious, ranging in size from 100 m² to 140 m², either shaded or in the sun. For your comfort, they are separated from each other by hedges of bushes and shrubs. All pitches are equipped with a 6 or 10 A electricity supply (connection either French or European standard) and a water connection in close proximity. For the gourmets among you, there is a small weekly festival during the summer months with a local market and regional specialities, just a five-minute walk from the Au Soleil d'Oc campsite in Monceaux sur Dordogne. You can buy the finest regional products there and taste them on the spot, then enjoy them in a festive atmosphere with live music at large tables. Take a seat! Our lovingly landscaped swimming area will not disappoint and will be another attraction during your holidays. Here there is an outdoor pool with 180 m² for fun and games, but also for swimming for the sporty ones. Next to it, there is an area for the very young with water games and a slide. Not to forget: the heated pool under a glass roof with massage jets and whirlpool for maximum relaxation. If you prefer to lie in the sun and get a tan, we have deckchairs ready for you in pleasant surroundings. A new bathing pleasure every day. Wi-Fi throughout the site! Stay online during your holiday, on your PC, tablet or mobile phone, all the time, thanks to the Wi-Fi coverage throughout the campsite.
