CommentNegatiivisetnoneBeautiful place in a beautiful areaWe've been here several times when passing through on our way to the south of France. The grass pitches are large and pleasantly shady. We had the feeling of being alone by a small stream, although the very well-kept sanitary facilities, the pool and the children's playground were in the immediate vicinity.... You can't hear anything from the neighboring village either. But there are birdsong and storks chattering. The restaurant with friendly staff serves baguettes and croissants in the morning. The surrounding area, the Dombe, is charming with many etangs and a park for bird lovers. It is worth making a detour to nearby Perouges, a medieval town.Käännetty automaattisesti.

The general impression is very good, everything is well-kept and clean. The reception is also friendly and everything is explained to you. The "le parc d'oiseaux" is within walking distance and you can buy discounted tickets at the reception.... You can also walk to restaurants and bakeries in the village in 7 minutes. There is also an Aldi and a Super U a little further on where you can do your shopping. At the reception you can pre-order bread and croissants for the following morning. There is also a restaurant next to the reception. The pitches are well maintained and spacious. Take a converter with you: The electricity connections are mostly French. We wanted to take a look at the vaunted lake landscape. The region is not geared towards hiking. The detour from Lyon via Bouge en Bresse is worthwhile for those passing through. The campsite is the cleanest we've stayed at in two... weeks. Everything is very nicely done. Totally clean! And the parking spaces for the motorhome are very spacious on grass. Sunny or shady. There is a simple swimming pool, a well-equipped recreation room and a small restaurant on the site. The mixed sanitary block was clean during our stay. Internet is free at the reception. Our impressions: friendly registration in English, beautiful pitches separated by bushes and hedges, water and waste water in the immediate vicinity of the pitches, very green grounds overall, showers / toilets are clean and are shared by men and women (in separate shower cubicles). Coeducational toilets without toilet lids included. Vive la France!!! Hardly any choice in the snack bar on site but top quality. If that's not enough - 5 minutes walk... to the center of the small town, where there are more restaurants of all kinds. Free outdoor pool - we didn't use it because it was a rainy day. The site is located away from the highway (but is definitely worth the small detour of approx. 20 min. via the country road!) and the noisy traffic roads, beautifully situated in a village near the "bird park" with its attractions. A small outdoor swimming pool next door.... Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. Access via a barrier card. Possibility to eat and have breakfast. We felt very welcome.
