"Wunderschöner Platz mit viel Natur - Der Platz liegt auf dem Land, ca. 8 km von Agen entfernt. Große, durch Hecken abgeteilte Standplätze mit oder ohne Schatten. Tagsüber hört man zwar die Straße, aber es gibt nicht sehr viel Verkehr. Ansonsten sehr ruhig, man hört hauptsächlich Naturlaute (z. B. Frösche und Vögel). Sehr nette Betreiber. Ende Mai war das Schwimmbad schon geöffnet, toll! Von hier aus kann man schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung von Agen machen. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht ausprobiert, es hat jedoch nicht nur Pizza, sondern auch regionale Gerichte.

"Gut gelegener Ausgangsplatz für Agen und Umgebung - Der Platz verfügt über großzügige Stellplätze, wahlweise schattig oder sonnig. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist zwar 4km entfernt, aber nach Vorbestellung aus einem "Brotkatalog" findet man am Morgen sein Brot/Croissants am Stellplatz geschützt aufgehängt. Sehr angenehm... Die Auswahl in dem kleinen Lokal ist zwar nicht groß, die getesteten Speisen sind dafür schmackhaft. Auch auf dem Sightseeing-Trip (Agen, Weinorte, Bastiden etc) kann man hier mal eine Sehenswürdigkeit auslassen und faulenzen. Die Sanitäranlagen sind funktional (es muß ja nicht immer Marmor sein) und - wie die ganze Anlage - gut gepflegt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut, mit ACSI-Card sehr gut. Ruhe und freundliche Betreiber runden den positiven Eindruck ab.

Ideally located in the department of Lot et Garonne, our campsite is located 8 miles west of Agen, and at 10 kms of Park Walibi in the hills north of the Garonne, only 12 km from the A62 motorway. The …campsite of the Mill of Mellet is a pleasant and comfortable haven of peace which in already swamped with numerous nature lovers. The natural and authentic charm, the friendly and family atmosphere as well as the numerous leisure activities included two large pools will contribute to the success of your holidays in the Southwest.
