Perfect place for boat owners
The gravel road with potholes as an access road was a bit strenuous for us, as we were traveling with a large WW, but if you drive very slowly, it wasn't really a problem. We found a wonderful spot right by the river (the river is not suitable for swimming!) and were able to tie up our motorized dinghy... right in front of our pitch. From there it was a 10-minute walk across the river through the harbor to the sea in the bay of Saint Florant, a wonderful boating area with the beaches of the Agriates!
The infrastructure of the campsite is a bit outdated but everything is functional and clean, the same applies to the pool.
Restaurant small but good and reasonably priced. Baguettes available on site, otherwise you can quickly reach the nearest supermarket or the port of S. Flo by car, boat or bike.
In principle, the site is very quiet - no disco or party (except for live music on Saturday evening), unfortunately there is noise from a nearby building site in the morning and the CP's own dogs bark/howl from time to time at night.
Nevertheless, we liked it very much and will be back!
