"Ideal place for an overnight stay - Bookings can be made online - access/entry is possible until 10 pm with a QR code. Ideal if you are passing through and need a place to spend the night late. Pitches are large - many even so that you don't have to uncouple at all. The lighting is very sparse - you should have a flashlight with you on the way to the toilet block. The toilet block is modern and clean. You can walk your dog directly from the pitch along country lanes. The practical proximity to the highway naturally results in audible noise from the highway. From our point of view, it's the perfect place for a night in transit - but we wouldn't want to spend a longer vacation there.

"Nice place - We stayed here on our return journey from the North Sea. The pitches are spacious and the sanitary facilities are relatively new and very clean. You can go on great bike tours from the site.

"Good campsite - We used this campsite to pass through. It is ideal for this. The pitches are large enough to stand coupled up. The sanitary facilities were nice and clean. The booking and arrival and departure process is digital and very smooth. The site is recommended

"Well-kept campsite (for cyclists) - The campsite is very well maintained, modern and beautifully laid out. The pitches are large enough and in a great location, especially on the shore. However, the prices are correspondingly high. Electricity a little too expensive. Overall, it is pleasantly quiet on the site, despite the numerous dogs. The atmosphere is good. People greet each other. There are plenty of cycle paths for the many cyclists, without any steep inclines. We can't judge the sanitary facilities as we didn't use them. But everything seems tip top... Very friendly owners. Good organization (entry-exit - QR code). Region not very suitable for hikers. Too few hiking trails, too many cyclists without bells. Annoying. Sparse signposting of the not well-maintained paths. Due to the modern design of the CP (entrance and exit with QR code) there is hardly any contact with the staff/owner. This is logistically and for the processes/organization of the CP absolutely contemporary, but you have a little feeling of anonymity. Perhaps this means that customer loyalty is lost a little? We had zero contact with the staff/owner in 8 days. Doesn't necessarily have to be a disadvantage. Bread roll service/kiosk in this price range should be ON the pitch and not a 10-minute walk away. Mini farm stores useless as a replacement for the kiosk (no change), hardly any offer. Several guests disregard the ban on charcoal barbecues. Smell included. The site is generally very clean. The owner helps out herself. Top. However, the staff clean the inside of the sleeping barrels with butts in their mouths. Disgusting. Dog excrement on our pitch (leash requirement is often disregarded).

Stay at the romantic Fuldaschleife near the idyllic village of Guxhagen with its beautiful half-timbered houses (14 km from Kassel), directly on the banks of …the Fulda River in Büchenwerra. Book your favorite spot! Choose from motorhome pitches, caravan pitches, riverside pitches, private bathrooms, rental accommodations, a spot in our community area, or a tent meadow. Each individual pitch is equipped with electricity and Wi-Fi. Our on-site restaurant “Weltenbummler’s” is open from May to mid-September. Enjoy coffee, ice cream, cake, a refreshing drink, and delicious meals on the terrace or in the charming conservatory. Savor fresh, regional specialties in a relaxed atmosphere. During the summer season, you will also find, just 350 meters away in the village, a snack bar with fresh bread rolls, two self-service farm shops offering regional products, and the traditional Gasthaus Hartung, where you can indulge in local cuisine.
