"Quiet, clean, very nice operator - Almost everything has already been said, a very quiet site with very clean and fairly new sanitary facilities. The operator is very nice and always has a friendly word to say. The site is about 20km above Nuremberg, 6km from the A9 (Schnaittach exit). There are wedges on the pitch, electricity is available, but only one water tap in the middle and at the sanitary building. There is also a washing machine and cooking facilities. For the men 3 toilets and 3 showers were sufficient despite very good occupancy. The shower cubicles are 2-part, hand shower, equipped with normal fittings and the water is really hot. Despite the highly visible signage advising campers to only enter the shower area with flip-flops, there were still a few stubborn modders among the campers. At our time, bread rolls were available to pre-order at the weekend, and it's easy to add them to the bill. (PS: Somehow I have the feeling that in general fewer and fewer campers are ordering bread rolls from the site, which means that this service is hardly worthwhile and is declining. For us, it's part of camping - fresh bread rolls in the morning straight from the site). A good and inexpensive restaurant is located 700m below in the village, you should book in advance. LTE is available with 4 bars and always worked perfectly (O2, D2). Permanent campers have their own site next to the tourist site. The access road on the last 1.5 km is single-lane, but not too narrow. A little tip: there are these large paper drums in the toilet. Unfortunately, the toilet cannot be used when a drum/roll is empty. Perhaps there is another solution with spare rolls? And - perhaps almost an exaggeration - but somehow I wouldn't mind having disinfectant dispensers in the toilet. We stayed there for 8 nights and it was really very nice.

"Stay from the beginning of September to the beginning of October - At CP Bergesruh, you can experience camping in peace and quiet. It's certainly secluded, but that's what makes the campsite so charming. If you're looking for peace and quiet away from the beaten track, you're in good hands here - it's actually too good to stay just one night. All shopping facilities can be reached by car in Igensdorf, Schnaittach or Gräfenberg. The Franconian Switzerland offers enough possibilities for recreation Pottenstein/Gößweistein and many more. The approach to the CP is easy to master even with a trailer of approx. 13 meters in length.

"G. - We stayed here for a few days during the fall break. A very nice and well-kept site in a quiet location between Erlangen, Nuremberg and Franconian Switzerland. Due to the good highway connection, it was also ideal for us as a stopover in the direction of the Alps. We would love to come back.

"Very nice and dog-friendly campsite latz - We really enjoyed our stay with dogs on this beautiful site. Hikes are well signposted directly from the campsite, which is close to nature.
