Welcome to Camping Australia, your Australian-run family business located directly on the idyllic Buna River in Shkodra, Albania. We invite you to relax with us after your adventures by motorhome, motorbike or bicycle and enjoy the warm atmosphere of our …hidden gem. Nestled in a quiet, rural setting and surrounded by rolling hills, our site offers everything a camper's heart desires for a comfortable stay. A special highlight is our private access to the crystal-clear Buna River, which, with its shallow banks and gentle current, is perfect for swimming, cooling off or fishing. If you want to explore the area from the water, you can hire paddleboards or kayaks directly from us. For relaxing hours on land, comfortable sun loungers are available on our well-kept lawns, from where you can enjoy the view of the passing Buna and the panorama of the historic Rozafa Castle. The needs of our guests are our top priority. That's why we have spacious, level pitches that are easily accessible even for large vehicles. We offer modern sanitary facilities with solar-heated showers and special areas for cooking and washing dishes. There is also a laundry room for your washing and a professional waste water disposal system. To ensure you always stay connected, we offer free WiFi throughout the site. Our in-house restaurant and bar will take care of your physical well-being. Here, we serve freshly grilled meat, local snacks and cool Albanian draught beer in a fully glazed dining room or on our roof terrace. While you enjoy the 360-degree view, our younger guests can let off steam on our playground with swings. We attach great importance to a peaceful and safe environment, which is why we do not allow pets in order to maintain the tranquillity. Whether you are staying for just one night or longer, at Camping Australia you will find the perfect blend of comfort, nature and Albanian hospitality under Australian management.
