- Gabriel G.mai 2026PositiivsedBeautiful views and peaceful placeNegatiivsedHidden hot shower fees and unfriendly serviceHidden hot shower fees and unfriendly serviceI paid 300 NOK with "bathroom included", but nowhere is it stated that hot showers require an additional payment in coins (10 NOK). This lack of transparency creates a poor experience for guests.
I called to clarify, and the response I received was unprofessional, suggesting that the issue was my attitude,... even though I was respectful at all times.
Suggestion: clearly state on your website and at reception that hot showers are a separate paid service, and offer alternative payment methods (not only coins). This would avoid misunderstandings and significantly improve the guest experience.Automaatselt tõlgitud.Ükski matkaja pole pidanud seda hinnangut veel kasulikuks. Andreas S.juuni 2019The new campsite on SommarøySituated on a small headland, parceled out with a meadow for tents and a small marina. The reception consists of a vending machine, "self check-in" see photo (cashless). The groundsman visits several times a day. The pitches consist of grass and are level throughout, some with gravel strips for parking.... Most of the campsite has electricity columns. We paid NOK 250 for a motorhome with 2 people and electricity at the end of June. Showers are free. There are four modern, large toilet blocks, three of which have showers. Everything is very clean and unisex. Unfortunately there is no WiFi, but a small kitchen is available. There is a simple restaurant/cafe on the other side of the street. The "Matkroken" supermarket is about 200m away. To the ferry to Senja (Brensholmen - Botnhamn) = 8km. The former pitches "over the small bridge, then left and 300-500m further on the right side by the water", unfortunately no longer exist. Vacation apartments are currently being built there.Automaatselt tõlgitud.1 matkaja leidis selle hinnangu olevat abistav.
