    Beautiful, quiet campsite
    Tw. conversion work by Knaus due to takeover, sanitary facilities new and very clean, kiosk temporarily open, very friendly staff, absolutely quiet site, no permanently marked pitches,
    We felt very comfortable and would love to come again

    Central campsite
    I spent a week at the campsite paddling. The proximity to the village, the swimming pool and the Lahn is great. The sanitary facilities are very clean. Access to the Lahn would be nice, lots of private jetties.

    Weekend
    The campsite facilities are normal, but not exclusive. The restaurant is not nicely designed, it could be better and friendlier. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
    The price for this campsite is just too high for me and should be corrected downwards.

    Great time out
    Great location, super friendly welcome and service. Some things still need to be done and the price is quite high. But all the sanitary facilities were clean and we had a great weekend.

    What was great and under advertised is the restaurant on site. Very tasty, friendly service, we were very satisfied.

    A quiet place surrounded by greenery
    Minor renovations to the main building would earn five stars (painting the facade and some cables in the outdoor dining area).

    Camping on the Lahn in July 2025
    Beautiful campsite, great location right on the Lahn next to a swimming pool, sanitary facilities super clean, very friendly and helpful staff. We would love to come back.

    Well, well!
    The allocation of the plots was chaotic. I had to divide up the plots in one day. The new spool cake is dangerous to harvest.

    With slight weaknesses
    The pitch was not signposted and therefore difficult to find. The pitch map on display was poorly copied and almost unusable. The electricity box was overcrowded and we couldn't find a space. The shower was so narrow that the clothes on the door splashed wet. No anteroom or splash guard in the shower.
    The reception was very friendly.

    Family camping
    We had a great stay with the large number of guests. On the long weekend (Ascension Day) there were lots of camper vans around our caravan and at Whitsun we were surrounded by tents. The ideal play facilities for children and teenagers were put to great use and you felt like you were back in your childhood days - a family campsite!
