Positiivsed
The quiet location of the campsite on the Saale/Unstrut river is wonderful. Bread rolls can be ordered at the reception It was kindly possible to borrow extension cables
Negatiivsed
The place is unfortunately unkempt and the sanitary facilities are worn and unclean.
Campsite in a beautiful location unfortunately unkempt
The quiet campsite in the middle of a beautiful landscape is unfortunately a bit run-down. It looks a little unkempt and partly unclean. The sanitary facilities are too few for the size of the pitch. The garbage area is awkwardly placed and could do with a barrier/visual protection.
There are no prescribed... pitches, everyone can stand where they want. Good in principle - if everyone with a bit of sense would stand there.
For a short stay, you can certainly overlook the criticism mentioned, but unfortunately not an option for us for a longer period.
The bistro is only open at weekends - you can order bread rolls at reception.

We were received very kindly. During the day it is very quiet. By late afternoon the tent field is full again. On weekends it is crowded by family and/or groups of friends. Price 19.50 euros pppn

It is a very nice place. Free choice when looking for a pitch. Own dog area if you are not constantly chased away by permanent campers. Very nice and friendly staff.
Negatiivsed
No dog bag or garbage can for it, but pay €3.50 for dog. No light on the whole site at night. Very unfriendly permanent campers The price is far too high for what is on offer.
Rating
A very beautifully situated site that unfortunately doesn't get any money from the revenue. A new operator is urgently needed here. And something urgently needs to be done to get rid of the unfriendly permanent campers.

Very outdated
The place is very outdated.
Very poor sanitary blocks which are absolutely inadequate in size for the large pitch.
Out of 12 men's toilets, 2 were closed because they were defective.
For > 12 WoMo 4 4 power connections had to be shared.
All in all good but too expensive if you are self-sufficient, we paid ~193€ for 5 days for 2 people.

A very nice place with a great location at the confluence of the Saale and Unstrut rivers. Cycling and hiking trails right next to the site. Very friendly staff and beautiful pitches without parcelling.
Negatiivsed
Well, we're not very demanding, but the sanitary buildings are really borderline for the size of the site. The newer building was overcrowded with so many campers and the old sanitary building is not really inviting. The disposal for chemical toilets and womos could also be better.
Great location, but lots of room for improvement
The place is very nice, but something urgently needs to be done here and there. As I said, we are not very demanding and don't want a super 5-star place, but for the price you can start to wonder. We would still like to come back

Not as beautiful as the surroundings
We stayed at the campsite again for 2 nights after camping here in 2011 and 2015. As we had booked a canoe tour with the rental company directly on site, it was very practical to stay here again this time. This time, however, with a caravan. On arrival, we were only asked if we had been here before and... that we could choose our own pitch. As it was already very crowded on the pitches opposite the sanitary building, we decided on a pitch in the rear area. When we wanted to supply the caravan with electricity, we realized that all the power boxes on this side were out of order. We couldn't find any information on the distribution board. We were also not informed when we arrived. Very frustrating when you have already unhooked the caravan from the car and set it up. We decided to run the fridge on gas and camp without electricity for the time being. The next day, some of the campers had left and we were able to connect to a distant distributor thanks to an extension lead we had connected together. If we had been informed on arrival, the trouble could certainly have been avoided. It is also very sad that the operator has not provided a temporary solution since Pentecost, as we had learned. And for €40 a night, we thought that was pretty cheeky. You can definitely tell that this place is just being skimmed and nothing has been invested in for 12 years. What a shame considering the beautiful location.

The proximity to the Saale/Unstrut
Negatiivsed
The bungalow was dirty and the TV was out of order. Directly in front of the bungalow a troop of party-hungry young men, who had no interest in rest periods, and thus sleeping was only possible to a limited extent.
Mr.
The opening hours of the reception (from 10:00 am) start too late. From 18:00 there is one more contact person on site, which is not acceptable for a campsite of this size.

The sanitary facilities including disposal and washing-up areas are not acceptable. Dirt and overflowing garbage containers in the middle of the site. Wild camping, so that others have to leave first so that you can get to the caravan yourself. Simply impossible.

The sanitary facilities including disposal and washing-up areas are not acceptable. Dirt and overflowing garbage containers in the middle of the site. Wild camping, so that others have to leave first so that you can get to the caravan yourself. Simply impossible. Buildings from the GDR era are dilapidated... on the site. We were stunned by the condition. With a bit of will and investment, the site would be a goldmine. Apparently the owners have no interest in it.

Too bad about the beautiful place
We left after 1 night with several caravans. You need very long cables, a bike because the sanitary facilities are very far away. One sanitary facility is so outdated. The 2nd is supposed to be new, but
we don't like it at all. Broken paths and a lot of places that you have to level out.

The campsite has a great location. It is in a very quiet location by the river. You can make the most of your free time.
Negatiivsed
The site is home to a lot of loud and drunk long-term campers and therefore has a rather simple flair.
Space with lots of potential
On the whole, we quite liked the place.
The sanitary facilities are quite old. The staff at the registration desk were very nice. The site has no fixed pitches and poor to very poor paths. Four-wheel drive with ground clearance required.
The snack bar was very good and offered fresh products. The prices... for the food were good.
I would have removed some of the permanent campers if I were the tenant or owner. Loud music is played and alcohol is drunk in large quantities. There is also loud arguing and shouting.
The site still has a lot of room for improvement. The electricity and water supply is quite difficult to non-existent. Long pipes are needed. The site was quite full and well frequented. It should be maintained a little more. The prices are okay but I would pay more if the site was in better condition. The green areas should also be better maintained. Especially in the area for permanent campers.
We would come again as we are not luxury campers but are dependent on water and electricity.
Unfortunately, many German campsites are many years behind their foreign counterparts.

The site is very well located and, in contrast to its size, very quiet. The staff were friendly. We will come back to the campsite as the surroundings are also great.
Negatiivsed
The connecting path is no longer the best, but the space does not depend on it.
Beautiful weekend in the Blütengrund
The site is very large and beautifully situated. It is well connected and offers a wide range of leisure activities. You can hire canoes or go cycling. The area is ideal for hiking.

Halloween camping
We spontaneously went camping at Blütengrund on Reformation Day. It was wonderfully relaxing, with hardly any guests on the campsite apart from a few occasional permanent campers. As the reception was not manned that day, we received a nice phone call from the operator who explained everything to us.... Payment went smoothly by bank transfer. Arrival with transponder in the safe.
I don't understand how you can write such bad reviews about the campsite. We didn't want for anything. We arrived around 10am and spent the whole day riding our bikes along the wine route (beautiful scenery, wonderful impressions and nice wine bars all along the way). When we got back in the early evening, we took a shower and cooked ourselves dinner. A really cute campsite cat (black and white) visited us from time to time and came to be stroked.
The sanitary block is a bit outdated and could do with a bit more cleaning, but it was perfectly fine for one night. I suspect this is because there was simply nothing going on on the campsite. I think when it's high season, more attention is paid to cleanliness.
The old sanitary block is still there, but is locked.

Infrastructure, poor paths, unkempt,
Nice location, but
The campsite is beautifully situated directly on the Saale and is ideally located for exploring Naumburg and the surrounding area. Cycle paths lead right past the site and you can hire a canoe on site. Unfortunately, the whole site is unkempt: Paths with potholes -danger of touching down-, lack of signage, no lighting, cleaning condition of the sanitary building, insufficient electricity points, lack of hygiene concept.
