Why is there always no toilet paper in the toilets!!!
A small, fine campsite near Mölln
A small, fine campsite near Mölln. There are not too many "tourist pitches", but if you are lucky and can stand in front of the small beach you have a TOP place for breakfast or in the evening.
Nice staff at the reception who take you to your pitch. Very clean and modern sanitary facilities...but unfortunately... we have to give a minus point here: there is NO toilet paper! Why not is unfortunately a mystery to us. It is the first toilet we have used in Germany where there is officially no toilet paper.
Unfortunately a NO GO!
The "Seeterrasse" bistro on the square is a bit outdated. However, the homemade cake we took with us was delicious.
All in all, good value for money on the site. If the toilet paper problem could be solved, we would gladly visit again.

Good location for a stopover
We stayed here for one night on our return journey as the site is close to the highway. Mainly for permanent campers and only a few unparceled tourist pitches. The lake was very cloudy due to the warm weather, but we swam anyway. The non-swimmer area was adequate. However, the site is also in the flight path for Hamburg, so there is often aircraft noise. The Seeterrasse restaurant adjacent to the site has friendly staff and great value for money.

Permanent campers dominate the site
The site is mainly suitable for permanent campers. Little space for WW and Womo. The tents were on a small meadow, framed by two driveways. The sanitary facilities are somewhat older and can only be accessed with a key. This means that men and women have to use them alternately. Toilet paper must be brought along.

I went on a bike tour with my sister and my boyfriend. The campsite was almost directly on our route and easy to find. It's inexpensive and is really close to a small lake, where there is also a designated non-swimmers' area. Unfortunately, there is only a small supermarket nearby, which is also quite... expensive. The owners are very friendly and there is a common room with a fridge, kettle, microwave, etc. This campsite was great for cyclists like us!

Cyclists with tents are allocated a small corner tent pitch - bordered on two sides by paths with passing cars and on the back by camping pitches. There are also cars and camper vans on the far too small meadow. Everything is very cramped and there are no opportunities to retreat at all - you sit on... a platter, so to speak, or on your neighbor's back. The sanitary facilities are outdated and there is no toilet paper, but you don't need shower coins. The site has a restaurant with friendly service. The bathing lake could be very nice if it weren't for the many ducks and coots on the small bathing beach, which is also a playground. Especially in the evening, the shore area is their hangout and it looks accordingly in the morning. We didn't let our little daughter play and swim there - we drove on after one night.
