I don't like that whole organization at all.
Worthless organization that thinks only of money
In December 2019, I booked a Chalet for two weeks at Soustons-village campsite in Soustons for the next summer vacation (2020). This was before the "Corono era." After that came Corona. Between March 2020 and July 2020, I contacted Sandaya several times about changing my booking. Because I do not want... to expose myself to possible dangers and
not feel comfortable camping in the south of France while there is no vaccine yet, I tried to cancel my vacation.

However Sandaya insists that the campsite is just open and it is safe, so there is no reason for cancellation. So I won't get the deposit of 513,- euro back either. I then asked to be able to get a voucher for next year instead of coming to the campground this year. This too was not possible. What was possible was that I could use the amount of my deposit for, for example, a weekend in Paris during the autumn vacations.

But if I didn't want to go to southern France during the summer vacations, why would I want to go to Paris a few months later? What bothers me most is that the moment I was supposed to be camping, the government changed the travel advisory for large parts of France to Code Orange. So I was right, and in my mind it was indeed not
safe (enough).

I would advise everyone to think twice before booking anything with Sandaya. This is an organization that does not think at all with the vacationer and is only out for money.

I find it scandalous how they operate. Economy apparently comes before health.
