It's a good spot for exploring Chioggia. The campsites are open and not very large. There are many year-round sites available. Now that the season is winding down, we were the only ones on the campground besides some traveling retirees. The pool isn’t heated, but it’s very nice. Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us and for your kind words about our property and our location right on the water.
We are very pleased that you enjoyed our beach, the pool, the many amenities included in your stay, and the opportunity to conveniently explore Venice,... Padua, and the surrounding area by bike. We’re also glad to hear that the charging station for your electric car and the fly screens in the mobile home proved particularly useful.
We also thank you for your feedback and suggestions. We’ll be happy to take your comments about the shower and the bench at the dining table into account and see where improvements can be made. As for the spacing between the mobile homes, we understand your point; we always strive to offer our guests the greatest possible comfort.
As for the mosquitoes: Unfortunately, especially during the warmer months and in natural or coastal settings, this issue can hardly be completely eliminated, but we take every possible measure to keep their numbers as low as possible.
We hope to welcome you back for your next stay in the fall!

Thank you very much for choosing our resort again and for sharing your experiences with us in such detail.
We are very pleased to hear that you once again enjoyed a pleasant vacation with us this year and that you particularly appreciated our amenities for guests with pets. It’s wonderful... to know that the “Bora Bora” accommodation—and especially the fenced-in patio—proved to be ideal for you and your little four-legged friend.
We also thank you for your comments: Every piece of feedback is valuable to us and helps us maintain the high quality of our resort and accommodations. We will take your feedback regarding the refrigerator into account and make an effort to pay closer attention to maintenance on Sundays as well.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations.
We have taken note of your comments regarding the distance to the sea, the pizzeria’s hours of operation, and the temporary unavailability of one of the swimming pools.... We also understand that, at your age, it can be particularly difficult to walk a distance of 2–3 km without any shaded areas. We regret that this information was not made sufficiently clear in the property description and will strive to improve our communication in this regard.
Nevertheless, we are pleased that the accommodation offered sufficient space for you, your family members, and your grandchildren.
We thank you once again for your feedback, which helps us identify areas for improvement. We hope that in the future you will find accommodations that better suit your needs.

We regret that you were not satisfied with the lack of children’s activities, the situation with the dogs, and the condition of the beach. We also take the maintenance of the... green spaces seriously and will discuss this with our responsible team.
We’re glad you were able to stay with us overall and hope to impress you with further improvements during a future visit.
Warm regards,
