Clean and brand new toilets, showers and kitchen. Always hot water. It has drinking water tubs. Peaceful and well organised place near beautiful beach. Tasty and fresh food in restaurant - not expensive. Good Wi-Fi even on the beach.

Toilets and all othe property facilities are totally different now.
Everything is brand new, as 5★ hotel.
Always hot water, hand soup and paper for hands always available in a toilets.
Toilets and showers they are cleaning constantly.
For those ones who has cleanliness first on their mind will not make mistake if they decide ti visit this camping.

A large, nature-oriented campground with good facilities, which have been improved over the years

The downsides used to be the reservations, but now the unpredictability and unreliability have given way to a reliable reservation system, which I really appreciate. I don't want to comment on anything else, since everyone sees it differently and perfection often takes away the charm.
Visit to the Mani Beach Campground
For me, this campground is the best-located one in the bay near Gythio, since we’re parked right up against the fence and it’s just a short walk to the sea. The site was originally designed by an artist, but the structures and street names that marked the entrances to the campsites had to give way to... plain numerical designations. The site was originally laid out in a natural style for tent camping and offers plenty of shade for RVs and campers thanks to high thatched roofs and trees.
Unfortunately, the beach has been getting shorter and shorter due to the tides since 1983, but it’s still long enough to find a spot there. Near the beach, the campground also features a “surf garden,” where sails and rigs can be stored—though space is limited. A hose is provided to facilitate the necessary rinsing of sails with fresh water.
The campground has a nice little bar and a restaurant serving European and Greek-inspired dishes. The campground also has a relaxation area that offers an unobstructed view of the sea in the summer—much to the chagrin of guests who like to stand right up against the fence, but in early September, these spots are also opened up for camping.

After more than 42 years of experience at the campground, it’s difficult to name any drawbacks, as the campground is constantly evolving and both its disadvantages and advantages come and go.
It’s clear that the campground is essentially run by the property owner himself, and investments—such as the long-overdue renovation of the restrooms and the sewer system—were carried out in 2023/2024.

Conclusion: So far, with the exception of a few moments, I’ve felt comfortable here from the very beginning—and I certainly haven’t missed having a pool here.

Unfortunately, there are always a lot of dogs on the site and the owners are usually unwilling to remove the piles and, at the request of individual people, cats are no longer wanted

The large pitch offers shade. If you are in a WOMO at the front by the sea, everything is fine. If you are behind with a tent, you are almost in danger of suffocating. Paths across to the sea are always stuffy. Sanitary facilities old, Greek but clean. Taverna and mini market ok. NO TOILET PAPER. Unfortunately... there is no night's rest on this site. The Greeks are driving all night (and not slowly). Umbrellas and sunbeds available on the beach, but these are also occupied by daytime bathers. As is so often the case, we paying guests are the losers here.

Super campsite, friendly operators
We stayed at Camping Mani Beach in July / August 2017. The operators and staff are super friendly and our pitch (right on the beach) was brilliant. We were there with our 3 kids and they also felt incredibly comfortable! Mani Beach is definitely worth a visit!
