Positiivsed
The proximity to Bastia. Also easy to reach on foot.
Negatiivsed
None
Simple place by the sea a short distance from Bastua
The campsite is located directly by the sea. There is an adjoining restaurant. The sanitary facilities are simple. Electricity is available at the pitches. The railroad line to Bastia runs inland. The train station is nearby. There is a footpath along the road to Bastia. Approx. 30 minutes to the center.

Positiivsed
Not far from the airport or the ferry, reasonable price, great restaurant next door, cool club for night owls, right on the beach in Bastia
Negatiivsed
Sanitary facilities unkempt, most shower cubicles are locked for no apparent reason
For 1 - 2 nights ok
The sanitary facilities are even more unkempt from year to year and are not cleaned regularly, sometimes everything is just sprayed down with a hose, including the washbasins.
Last year 3 out of 8 cabins were locked without anyone in there to shower. This year at least 5 cubicles were simply locked and... 3 shower cubicles could be used. I wonder why they are locked? Can the taps no longer be used or does someone not feel like keeping them clean. The rest of the site is quite nice, mainly for motorhomes and caravans. Some tents also have plenty of space, but there are trees with berries everywhere. It can happen that they stick either to the tent or to your shoes. Overall, 1 - 2 nights there are okay and the price per night is very reasonable.

Positiivsed
only 3km from the city
Negatiivsed
the train is probably "annoying" during the day
Ideal place to spend the night
The easiest way to find the site is via the NAVI. It is very poorly signposted! The reception speaks reasonable English.
The site is more like a pitch than a campsite. The distances between the pitches are often very small! However, this is probably also due to the fact that many visitors only use the... offer for 1 night and have to catch their ferry early in the morning. The sanitary building looks fairly new and was always clean and tidy in our time. The supply and disposal facilities for water, waste water and toilets are more of an alibi service.
Basically, there is a very nice beach in front of the site and you don't notice the port of Bastia here at all. The old port can be reached by bike in 10 minutes (on the cycle path).
The train that commutes between Bastia and the airport is annoying. Old diesel locomotives make a hell of a noise. However, we didn't notice any trains between 21:00 and 06:00.
It's nice that the campsite has its own restaurant and pizzeria. There is also a bar.

Positiivsed
Location: directly by the sea and close to the old town in Bastia, free wifi
Negatiivsed
is a large parking lot, only there is a meadow for tents, according to
rather a parking space or parking lot
21.50€ (2 people, Vw bus WITHOUT electricity) on a gravel pitch with an audible main road and train. From 18h it gets really tight, because then everyone comes who wants to go on the ferry the next day. Sanitary facilities dirty. But in 10min. In Bastia and free WLAN.

Dirty
Terrible!
We had to rent a car due to a car breakdown and so this place was our home for over a week! The closest to the ferry in Bastia, this is really its ONLY advantage! We have never been on such a dirty campsite! The sanitary facilities were only roughly steamed every day with a hose, the garbage overflowed regularly! Everything was just disgusting! As I said, if the direct location to the ferry wasn't JUST TERRIBLE!

Acceptable perhaps for people who are passing through (e.g. because of a ferry connection from Bastia) and for whom a good night's sleep is not important. Little space, little shade, relatively expensive, and above all very restless! Road, train tracks and restaurants with night-time music just a few meters away from the tents.

Only 5 minutes to the ferry, with longer vehicles problems with the entrance

Clean transit site near the ferry. Level pitches right by the sea. Simple sanitary facilities. Spar market 1.5 km away, good restaurant on site.
